really hard time uploading pictures

Anybody else having issues trying to upload pictures to your dairies. I used to be able to upload no problem didn't matter if I was on wifi or not. Now I have to be off wifi and I have to keep trying and 1 out of like 7 tries will it actually upload the picture. Anything I can do
