I should have been top watering longer. Roots are starting to grow more now and hopefully she can start drinking from the bucket soon.

IDK if it has any mutation but the leaves are showing signs of nutrient issues.
Might want to double check your EC and PH and then calibrate the devices themselves and recheck. Then move onto your nutrients, ensure they have all the essential micos Fe,Zn,Mo ext and macros. N,P,K,Ca,S,Mg

A lot of times when leaves twist like that it is pH related. Other times it could also be damage during leaf formation and or genetics causing it. Keep checking your pH in your res and make sure it’s not fluctuation much.
