Outdoor harvest

If a breeder recommends 59-63 days from seed to harvest, is it better to let it go an extra week or so? It will just give you more of a couchlock feeling?

Hello Wicked looking buds. I'd say never go completely off the breeders timeline...unfortunately that's just an estimate and they cant account for all of our different growing environments...especially us outdoor growers. Use the 59-63 as a guide, but let your plants get the majority of their pistils colored and shriveled and then try to get some idea of the trichrome colors, zoom in use flash try at sunset and sunrise if you don't have a loupe. Me personally I've noticed my plants had a tendency to be ready to harvest two weeks after the breeder recommended...sometimes less and sometimes more. Your plants look like theyre definitely getting close, but i think i see a bit of white pistils still? Happy harvesting. ✌️

8 to 10 weeks for most strains, counting from the start of flowering for most strains to ripen to their full potential. Cheers friend
