It's overfeeding. Your cotyledons are still doing well which means nutes are not necessary at this point. I use three GH Trio along with CALiMAGic, hydroguard, and diamond nectar and I promise you that you'll want to start at 2.5mL/gal right around the end of week 3. Best of luck!

Heya bud ! I use the same nutrient line and you’ll have to use a calmag with it. I use 150ppm calmag and 300-500ppm 1:1:1 micro-grow-bloom. I cut out the calmag for flower especially since the one I use is 2-0-0 and makes her look real dark in flower if I do. Want to make sure pH is correct as well. 6-7 for soil and 5.3-6 for hydro or coco. Cheers eh

Looks like you might have a slight magnesium deficiency, A light green or yellow coloring will begin to show on the veins and edges of the lower & older leaves, Often with this deficiency, the magnesium is present, but the roots cannot absorb the magnesium properly due to an improper pH. Therefore it is very important to maintain the correct pH
