Best way to get rid of gnats - growing hydro

Found 2-3 fungus gnats in growbox. Growing Hydro. Have/know no adequate product against them. Installed sticky papers but of what I read on net - it doesn't help (larvas).
Your suggestion please! I have good range of products to choose from, would appreciate your recommendation!

Simply spray pyrethrum over the soil of your plants or on the roots if you are growing hydroponically. This treatment should be repeated about twice a week for 3-6 weeks to ensure all the hatched larvae have been killed. Plant being eaten by something...Something is snacking on my plant! Snail/slug, inchworm/caterpillar seem the likeliest culprits - cricket or grasshopper have similar bites but are a little large to get in the buckets and disappear, as I am home to check her. Any help is appreciated!

HELP!! ParasiteBJ is sick again with some parasite. they are on each leaf, but the plant was not showing any signs of disease except little white points on the lower leaves.. what can we do at this point of the flowering stage ? we dont know how much it will influence the harvest. help :(
