Mycelium or Fungus - Too much?

Seeing a ton of mycelium or fungus on my medium. It is covering the entire pot. I am having problems with air circulating but have a fan at the bottom and up top, just nothing oscillating. Is this going to be a problem? What can I do?

Hi friend, You ideally want to let the top inch or so of medium dry out before watering again. This action alone should be enough to keep the mold down. A little defoliation can also help to increase air circulation. I would also remove any fungus as it spreads. Hope this helps,
