If a seedlings round leaf were to have fallen off with the seed shell in a whitish yellowish color but it was just a single round leaf and the rest of the plant seems healthy would that seriously impact the plant? Thank you for any help!

The purpose of the first leaves is to feed the baby plant for first week as roots developed. Is why they say don't feed for first 7 to 10 days just water. If you are in soil you will be fine. Keep conditions ideal for her, and I don't see it causing any issues. If in a hydro or soilless it might need super light nutrition a pinch sooner. Good luck and happy growing 🌱🌱🌱

Your plant has one healthy cotyledon leaf and has already started on it's first two true leaves so I think it will do OK. The cotyledon leaves (the first two, round "false" leaves) will turn yellow and fall off in the first couple weeks so loosing one a bit early isn't the end of the world.
