Life of light and filter

Yeah, those globes are toast by now. They be putting out at best 75% out put VS new and could be as low as 50% of a new globe. Globes last 6 months tops of continuous use. Thats two grows generally. So ur past the point of needing new ones. Carbon filter depends on how well its still working. If its on the small size for ur grow they get used up faster than bigger ones. There is no set time or rule for filters, when they start to stop working its time for a new one. And u dont need to replace whole filter, just the carbon in it ok. But if your not handy, and dont know where to get activated charcoal/carbon than just replace the whole filter.
