What insect is this

Not exactly sure, have seen them before.........just squash it,. I am pretty sure they are a predator of some sort and do not harm plants.

I'm not entirely sure it is one. Have you seen it move? Has a lot of spikes that resemble weed seeds, but also like a house centipede. I'd take more pics of it or a video of it moving to get a better idea of what it is. As of now I can't tell if its a bug or not. I don't see ahead, thorax or abdomen on it its all one shape like a grain of rice with fuzz. Also what region are you in? Might just be im not filmier to it.
