Dots on plant

Hey-hey! There are a lot of dots on my plant last weeks, I guess it's because of extremely hot (sometimes 40C) & dry (sometimes 25%) weather, but maybe any other reasons? Any danger for buds?

thripse, nothing to do with weather. they attack the leaves not the buds, but if they die and stuck to sugar leaf its maybe not too tasty

BUGS!....aphids possibly, but whatever they are, there are lots of them. Plant looking way over fed too.

buy some concentrated pyrethrine and make a diluted foliar spray from it. It kills on contact. It biodegrades in 72 hours? Do not spray on flower, through. When in flower, there's really not much you can use that isn't bad to light up and inhale later.
