However, I'm happy to share that everything is looking great so far! 🎉 First off, let me express my relief that I haven't encountered any hermaphroditism issues like some unfortunate growers have experienced. I've been extra vigilant in checking my plants for any signs of bananas or seeds, and thankfully, all is going smoothly on that front. Fingers crossed, and let's hope it stays that way. 🤞 Now, let's talk about the progress of these beauties. The plants are thriving, exhibiting vigorous growth and magnificent stretching. 🌱✨ Maintaining the well-being of my plants remains my top priority. They're displaying a healthy thirst, as each plant continues to drink around 2 liters of water every two days. I've been closely monitoring the pH level of the nutrient solution, which has been steady at 6.11. This ensures optimal nutrient uptake and keeps the plants in their prime condition. Moreover, the TDS range is consistently between 1050 and 1150, providing them with the ideal nutrient balance. ⚖️💧 Speaking of the plants, I must mention how amazing they smell! The aroma is becoming more intense with each passing day. Today, I conducted a smell test for the OG and Oreo strains. The OG emitted a super strong smell of OG/Skywalker, while the Oreo strain has a unique and captivating scent that is difficult to describe but absolutely amazing. I can't wait to smoke that one! Tomorrow, I'll do a smell test for the Queen strain as well. 🌿👃🔥 As we progress through this crucial stage, I'll continue to provide the best care possible to ensure a successful harvest. Today (Day 22) marks the last day of foliar feeding with Bud Factor X, an essential step to maximize THC development and quality. One strain that's capturing my attention is the magnificent Forgotten Cookies x Strawberry Nuggets. 🌱🌟 It has grown into an impressively huge specimen. And guess what? I still have three reserved seeds of this remarkable strain, patiently waiting for their turn in my next grow. 🌱🔒 Let's keep the spirit of the green thumb alive and vibrant as we share our experiences. 🌿🌱✨ I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing updates from each and every one of you! Now, I'm giving each plant 1 liter of water, ensuring they receive the perfect amount of hydration. It's all about striking that delicate balance. 💧💚 Moving on to day 27, I'm happy to report that the plants are showing signs of improvement. I decided to raise the lights by 5cm, bringing them to a hanging height of 55cm from the plants. Additionally, I've increased the LED power to 100%. Notably, the Forum Stomper x Pink Panama and one of the Toof Decay x Walter White plants appear to be on the shorter side. This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. I have grown the Gorilla Cookies auto before so this photoperiod fast version has something to live up to. She grew way taller then i was expecting, hence the many bends and breaks. To be honest she was great to grow and the favourite plant of the grow. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Total dry weight for the grow, decent buds=136g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Average 153w/hr Total g/W=0.89g/W Power used for grow=508.78Kw @0.30p =£152.63 Each gram cost £1.12 The buds have been curing for nearly 2 weeks so I haven't had a sample yet. There will be more pictures added once I try the buds and write up a smoke review but for now I'll just leave a video of the grow and a picture. I'm really glad the second girl finally pulled through whatever was causing her to struggle to grow. Her leaves are coming in strong now. I've been letting the soil dry back a bit more in between watering. I just spray the bottle a total of 30 times now. 10 at a time to let the water soak instead of pooling and flowing away. No nutrients yet, her roots are probably still just in the Light Warrior soil. I do still put water in the self watering pots to add humidity to the tent and to "cook" the soil nutrients .
