In this week i removed a few big leaves to ensure the light exposure for the blossom.
They look a bit naked now but they can focus the energy in the buds now and Iโm looking forward to harvest them in the next few weeks.
Special Queen is nearly done!
I already harvested 2 small buds to see how big the differences between the different stages of harvesting are.
Iโm going to wait a bit until 70% of the pistils are brown and harvest the special queen then.
She already has some medium sized buds. I am pretty proud of the result so far since its my first grow.
Northern Lights is having really small buds. Maybe I cut off to many leaves and stressed her too much but I wanted to make sure that to lower buds also get some sun and made tea out of the leaves.
Weโll see how the plants are doing in the future and how the results will turn out.

Week 4 will soon be in the books. Humidity is low so misting a few times a day. I have been feeding a little more this past week. I want to also wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Welcome to my ๐๐๐ week update.
Hope everyone keeping well and having a good week.

I am so happy to see how girls are developing in recent days. It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already.
Week 10
Dec 18-24
Dec 18-19
Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully.
Dec 20
First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3.
Dec 21
Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result.

All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy.
Second watering for this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. Both runoffs PH 6.2.

24th - start of week 3. No water today as I watered yesterday. Added a fan to the tent. Happy Christmas Eve!!
27th - watered around 500ml. Happy growing
29th - growing well new growth looks fine in comparison to the first leaves that came out. Can see a difference between days ๐ ๐

We are at week 3 now. A lot of development, i have not used liquid nutes this week, it is raining a lot so no water needed, thus no liquid nutrients.
I have top feed of dry nutrients mix, basically a mixture of a super soil recipe that usually is used within to make a hot soil:
I mix all tue ingredients together and use it gradually about 40g as a powder, in the top of the soil.
- Azomite 500g
- Natural fosfate 500g
- Biochar 1kg
- Bokashi 1kg
-Kelp meal 500g
-Mamona meal 1kg
-chicken meal 1kg
-Potassium silicate 500g
-Gypsum farm 500g
-Diatomaceous earth 500g
Mix all keep it in a soil bag, this pure mix and use it once every month.
The companion plants have emerged and will protect the soil humidity mainly.

Day 51 I relize she have deficiency in leaves that's why I ask in grow questions
And someone told me to raise ny ph to 6.5 so I did that and let see what happens next week
Update day 54 she start fatten up the buds guys she so fast flowering I think she is ready to harvest in 3 weeks not long to go ๐ช

She is absolutely monster I proud myself it's my second run
This strain bud growing so wired so slow and even not good looking ๐ let see when it finish I don't know about taste but I just don't like bud shape and they way she grow
