Hey dude, yeah you are definitely looking over watered - at that stage your plant probably need about 250ml a day - let it dry for 2-3 days befire you next water and then again 2-3 days after that

Your tie down point should be on a stem, not the leaves.
Shiny reflective material at base of plant is useless as only light hitting the upper surface of a leaf is usable.
Bloom booster is pointless at this age/stage, you need grow nutrients with higher nitrogen levels than what you are currently feeding (3-9-4), something roughly like 8-3-5.

Well your plant is dying by the looks of it. The problem seems to be over watering. And you should switch to a growth nutrient,because the plant needs nitrogen at this stage, not potassium.

I got to harvest in 14 days: in order to have enough time to cure it before leaving home for 2 weeks (safety first: is a period of floods in here, I just can't take the risk). I had a pretty long vegetative stage but I'm gonna finish it at 13 weeks. Am I gonna ruin it it, right?

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?
