Ideally you should water the plant a day or two before transplant, and then lightly directly after transplant, then continue on normal schedule. There's no reason to not water after transplant, if anything this helps settling in the new bigger pot and for the soil to unify.

WATCHOUT ! You are allready over watering them !!!! Wait 3-4 days before watering again. Let your soil dry, you need to see the surface dry, if not, 3 days after watering scratch the surface of the soil, and check the following day. I should put 1 finger in your soil and smell when you feel humidity.

Always water straight after transplanting! Giving/adding some seaweed tonic or extract will relly help them recover.
