Yes I have washed my clayvomd ph water so it's only clear water coming from them. Yes but I notice that it's was when I added b52 and nirvana that the roots get som light brown collar but som are creamy white. I wonder since nirvana and b52 it's organic it's the problem. I have read many use this advice as foliar spray for dwc πŸ€”8 vill send some pictures of the plant and rotts ✌️😊maybe easier to find out the problem for you growm8'sπŸŒΏπŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎπŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ

Did you wash the medium? The clay pebbles can stain. I used advanced for dwc. Never had this issue. Change all the water and try some peroxide or hydrozyme

I've not used either of those products in DWC but if your roots are stained or it you feel they are starting to rot, you need to do something about it! First of all, make absolutely sure there is no light being allowed into your reservoir as this is generally the most frequent cause of the problem. Is your netpot completely filled with hydroton? Is your fill/test hole covered with either a plug or dark tape (white tape will still allow light to pass through. Is there a smell coming from the roots? If so, you will probably want to do some trimming of the roots (perfectly acceptable and probably necessary) - get the rotten ones pruned out. Then do a complete reservoir clean/change. If you're growing in a bucket, clean the bucket with H2O2 thoroughly before putting in fresh water and nutes. Finally, actually add some H2O2 to the fresh water/nutes as this will kill any bacteria that may linger in the roots (it will also kill off good bacteria but you can add those again later if you want). Good luck!
