Ceramic heat emitter?

Anyone use a reptile ceramic heat emitter to heat their smaller tent? Grabbing an elitech temp/humidity controller and a reptile fogger since the unit I'm running will prob never have wifi app support again. Could plug the heat emitter on the "heat" side and keep it high up??

Hey there.... was interested in the question and so popped in... the only thing I want to tell you is that this page is not like a chat room - questions are asked, answers are given and people move on, sadly... even if you tag someone, they won't be notified. If you want to chat with Ezzjaybruh, go to the little paper airplane in the bottom right hand corner of any screen and click on it... search for a grower's name and you can send them a message. If the little paper airplane is green, it means someone has sent YOU a message... Cheers!

@Ezzjaybruh, so you're saying go big or go home with it and get the 200w? It would be on a controller set to my parameters with wifi connectivity and app to monitor/control. I know my RES is small at 2gal, but that ice probe has potential to go allot lower than the 67.9-68.2 it's set at now if residual heat makes it through all the insulation.

Good idea I’d say. Feel like those are meant for heating 10% of a tent size but could help. My worry would be putting it in a tent with a res set up like you got.. don’t want to add ANY heat to that res if you can get away with it.
