Why does this seedling stay looking like this 4so long? I've had several seedlings look like this with the cotyledons Curling downward and a true set of leaves. Trying to grow on top. They stay about that size 4 a week, Sometimes longer is that normal?

Seedlings sprout and produce a tap root. That tap root burrows down deep into the soil and anchors the seedling. Then from there roots begin to develop off the tap root. While your sitting there scratching your head wondering why the fuck your seedling hasn't grown at all for the first 2 weeks, rest assured, whats happening is happening as i described, but under the soil where it can not be seen. Seedlings need to establish a root network before they can begin growth. This is the process that is happening while you're scratching your head.... Just don't do what most growers that are new do and over water it. They need just a light dribblets of water around the perimeter of the stem. Do not get any water on the base of that stem or you risk damping off which will kill it. Soil on the dry side, a little light, and little warmth, and a nice humidity like what your showing, and she'll be just fine. No need to feed her the first 2 weeks either. The seedling comes with everything she needs to get established. After that, it's all you baby!
