Problem with my seedling

Hey guys
My seedling looks EXACTLY the same for 5 days now... Her siblings already 5cm tall...
And i mean it, she looks literally the same for almost a week now, its so weird.
Its a Mimosa Fem from WSE.
2nd pic her sibling, that broke to the surface later...
Should i wait more?
