If this is a freshly rooted clone then you don't have anything to worry about. It may have gotten some nutrient solution on it at some point or damaged from handling when it was cut. It can't be repaired but just monitor your new growth for signs of issues. Good luck!

I wont be worried because of one Spot of a Leaf. It could be nearly everything. Maybe you spilled some feedingsolution on her. Happy growing

Two problems in a week. I diagnosed the first one based on similar grow questions (: maybe not right )First three photos appeared a week ago, I decided that it is calcium and took a more reliable Ph meter, maybe not right, but no new spots appeared.
Second problem at the end of the week, 3 days after defoliation 2 large lower leaves and 2 leaves inside. 30 hours after watering.

Look At This Pigmentation!Lower fan leaf vs upper fan leaf in the canopy. The difference in pigmentation is wild! It almost looks like its bleeding.

Purpling, contorting, drying, yellowing.Leaves are going all nuts, i think it was from a bad feeding, i've been too busy, no time for notes, they started going purple after feeding so i used plain water for the next 3 waterings with +water, tops started showing calcium lack, anyone can confirm? Another round of Name That Deficiency5 weeks into flower and this plant seems to be the problem child but she’s also the one showing the most growth. PH is 6 on her, was originally 6.2 but was having a manganese deficiency so went down to 6.0. Gave 3/4 of recommended nutrients in last feeding. Not sure what to do.

He visto que podía ser un deficiente de fósforo. Pero también puede ser un problema de calcio y de magnesio.

Is it time to flush? , could I benefit fade from flushing at just the right timing?When a plant genetic says 8 weeks. Does this mean 8 weeks and chop. Or 8 weeks and flush. Deficiency or Change to Purple?started using the new “Purpinator“by Terpinator. Used Terp for a time and I trust the brand. That being said I have a weird thing popping up on my Dos Si Dos. Can’t tell if this is the switch finally happening or a Deficiency. Never seen a purple color show up for Deficiency.
