Im pretty sure its not from the light. If you use CaMg you may have a toxicity and need to put less or none of that.

No diary + limited info = impossible to give best answers.
Not light or heat stress, but surely someyhing to do with pH and/or nutrition.
Slightly over fed.
Developing calcium deficiency.
Too wet and too much humidity.
Incorrect pH...........could be one or more of those things, if not all of them.
P.S. - always post pics taken under normal light, pics taken under grow lights are hopeless for seeing details.

My opinion is when you are growing indoors with fertilizers and soil you hardly run into any deficiencies, but toxicities all the time. I guess you are using GE/TA or Advanced Nutrients fertilizers and you overfed her.

Is the damage mostly facing that low light or is it more evenly distributed? It would be more efficient to try to LST/HST your tall plant down to canopy level and run your lights the same distance.

Overwatered cubes in hydro? Too close to the sun? or effect of having addHi All, I have issues with my first hydro grow - i effed up. I think i was too slow in the transfer over in the tank. Light is 200 PPFD, EC at 0.6, and barely added any nutes.

I have been battling ph drop for a week. Lowered Ppm to 900 from 1100. Seems to have stabilized the ph and now the leaves are doing this.

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick. The other 2 (the biggest) seem better, but the yellowing of the leaves is more evident.
