I grew all of my plants the same and with 3 strains and only being allowed to have 5 plants total I have to pick the strongest growers and hope they stay strong and this time for me the gamble payed off nicely with a good harvest. I would recommend this strain as it grows fast and did not seem to be a picky eater and took in a lot of heavy feedings... Thanks for checking out my harvest and If you have any questions I will do my best to quickly answer them..

Day 57, didn't upload anything as nothing had changed. Day 58, still no noticeable changes to her but gave her a pH 6 drink. QB still hasn't arrived but hoping soon. The temps here have turned very pleasant and the tent stays between 21 and 25 throughout the day and night. My humidity also stays under 50% which is nice. Ordered a PPM meter, more pH calibration solution and some new soil for the next grow after this one. Ordered some "Super soil" mix that apparently should cover the first 2 months of nutes. Fully prepared to make the next grow a good one after the learning experience on this. I managed to source 5 RQS Diesel Autos and 5 RQS Royal Madre Fotos (I guess the guy only had stock of the older seeds as he listed it by that name and not the Mother Gorilla that I wish it was). I also have the random bagseed growing in the tent with this NL Auto still in Veg but it showed sex this week and turned out to be female. I was using it to practice HST and attempted to FIM / Top her so I will see how she grows and maybe finish her out before starting my next grow of the Diesel Autos, probably 2 at a time. Day 59. Noticing a lot of the lower leaves are yellowing more than before. Not sure if this is at a normal rate or because of a deficiency. Bud sizes don't seem to be increasing in size still but I am not expecting them too at this stage. I am hoping the yellowing is a normal process at this age and isn't happening too soon as she doesn't have a lot of them to spare if they start dropping off this quickly! Day 60. Definitely noticing a lot of leaves starting to fade and die. I am not sure if I should be doing something to fix this or if its part of the natural cycle at this point in her life? Buds look like they are putting on some nice frost though and the smell is really strong now. I had got used to it because when I left the house for shopping and came back, I could smell her from downstairs. Need to invest in a filter but for now making sure the door is closed in the room with the tent seems to be working. Day 61. Decided to give her a watering today as she was looking a bit droopy. My PPM meter still hasn't arrived so I am unable to check the runoff at this point but hopefully the soil isn't still too hot for her. Also waiting for the loupe to arrive to check trichs but from my best attempts to zoom in on them, they still look to have a fair ways to go. Day 62. She's still chugging along. Haven't noticed any new issues or changes to her today since watering yesterday. Temps got a bit cold last night and the tent dropped to 18c from its usual 21c at night. Doesn't seem to have bothered her too much though. QB arrived today! Swapped out the noisy hot blurple for this 150W QB. Currently running it on 100W as I am not sure if the shock between the 230W actual draw blurple to 150W QB would stress the girl out too badly. Already have to say the light coming off this thing feels "cleaner" somehow and its a beauty for taking pictures with. In love already and can't wait to get the next one going. I have a bag seed in veg in the same tent as the auto that I was planning on flowering after she is done, I think the QB on this intensity might fry her though? Day 63. She has spent some time under the new QB and hasn't shown any visible signs of stress with the light sitting at 13" and 100W. I bumped the wattage up to 110 this morning and plan to do 10W more a day until at the full 150W. Gave her a watering today until about 10% runoff. Watered at 6.5 and the run off measured in at 6.6 so next watering I will go for a lower pH. Not sure how it's built up as I've been watering around 6 for a while. Will keep a close eye on her again after bumping the wattage and watering her. The bag seed seems to be perfectly happy with the change in lighting as well and hasn't shown any signs of stress yet. Also got my seeds today! Will likely grow one or two together, not sure which yet though and will wait for the bag seed to finish up. Will give her the whole tent for flowering to see what kind of yields it will pull. Anyone got experience with the strains Royal Madre or the Blue Cheese from RQS?

Here is the update for actual week. The summer hits very hard - since almost 10 days in a row, we have 30°C outside and it was the right decision to set the day phase from 6pm to 6am. cutted down most of the fanleafes today. all trichomes turned opaque so i will start with the first "clear-water-flush" in 2 days and will flush them 4 times on any 3rd day!

After seeing the roots just about fill the totes, I decided to flip to flower. I did some lollipopping towards the end of last week, and removed a lot of larfy little branches. I added some big bud on top of my base nutrients, because Ive had good results with that. Im going to maintain a 10-12" light distance, and increase my light from 80% to 100% power after the stretch is over. You guys, I cant believe how heavily these girls are feeding, ppms were set to 1450ppm last night, 1300 this morning, 950 this afternoon. I added more big bud to up the pk a bit, and get my ppms back where they were. I cant wait for them to really hit stretch, I think theyre going to explode in the next few days!

Getting there... cant wait for Spring Walls are up and painted, floor is laid, electrical all done, exhaust outlets mounted. Ive started to install the trim - I decided to put a grey stain instead of boring paint on the floor trim boards. Looks really solid against the dark bamboo floors. I used two gallons and two coats of flat pure white paint for walls and ceiling. Should give me a reflectivity somewhere around 80%. Some may ask why not opt for mylar? I just dont like the look. I dont care too much for reflectivity, as I will be well above the required watts/sqft with the light setup I will be using. I mounted an electrical receptacle in the ceiling, I thought it may come in handy for cord management. Im going to mount the 3 x meanwell drivers outside of the grow room and run some extra long cables to them. This is to keep heat out of the room, any little bit helps. Will be running a 8inch fan with about 750 CFM in order to properly vent the room. Intake will be a door vent and the negative pressure the fan provides. Odor is not too much of a concern, but may as well add a carbon filter. Tables to be built this week after trim is installed Week 1 Spend - $2080 Week 2 Spend - $350 (mostly on hardware store visits) Total so far - $2430

Week 7 (Day 49) Flower- Another week in the books! Pretty easy going this week, two feeds, they were thirsty, and look like they are drying out already due to the low RH and thirsty buds… 😊 I thought that this might be a 10 week strain or so, but this week the trichomes have really become cloudy, with just a hint of amber in a small few. Last week they were all crystal balls, this week almost 50/50 from what I can tell… I think it’s time to start the flush process with just straight ph’d water. Getting excited and nervous at the same time, I’ve been nursing these girls along since June, and despite really not having any major issues, I am fully aware I could still F@$k it up when it comes to the dry and cure! Anyways, I’ll be looking for those tips and tricks Gromie’s 😊👊

The bean was soaked in a 25c solution of humic acid calmag and more roots for around 12 hrs then put into a paper towels for 18 hrs.. taproots came and they went into a jiffy.. As they get introduced to some photons I will give some fastplant spray.. Details... Growing Jack Herer feminized seeds (indoors and outdoors) As for cultivation, Jack Herer is a reasonably thick and productive plant that produces enormous buds. Make sure that the branches are supported to prevent snapping. Most Sativa plants should be controlled indoors by training or pruning a little. She is pretty rapacious when it comes to nutrients but, in return, offers impressive results under the right growing conditions. Outdoors, Jack Herer prefers warm, dry climates such as the Mediterranean coast, where she will give outstanding results with large, productive trees. However, you would be well-advised to use a greenhouse if growing in a cooler, wetter region. In addition, she does not develop a strong odor until after harvest and good ripening, which makes Jack Herer an ally of choice in terms of discretion. Jack Herer's genetics achieve excellent yields indoors or outdoors in the right conditions. Flowering time Flowering time takes between 60 and 70 days when grown indoors. Plant height Jack Herer seeds grow into relatively compact strains. Its height indoors is 90 to 130 cm, and typical sizes outdoors range from 130 to 180 cm. Jack Herer feminized yield Indoors, the maximum yield is 500 to 600 grams per m². Yields outdoors are generally higher, with 600 to 700 grams per plant. Effects of Jack Herer First, the smoke is heavy and lingers in the mouth; you won't want to light yourself up a cigarette right after smoking Jack Herer. This bud is perfect for chilling with friends having a little fun. For film lovers, it's the ideal choice! The high that lasts a little is sure to keep your interest in the plot as long as the stone nails you, even seeing the time pass. The effect is a pleasant balance between a full-bodied stone and a cerebral high, although the stone is powerful and dominant. Jack Herer will be suitable for daytime smoke to improve your mood and feel relaxed. However, the buzz won't bring on couch-lock if you need to get things done. Despite low levels of CBD (0.8%), Jack Herer is highly rated for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue, migraine headaches, and appetite. Side effects Users frequently report that Jack Herer can make them feel dehydrated, particularly in the mouth and eyes. So make sure you have plenty of fluids to hand to combat this side effect. Smell and taste The Haze taste is excellent, a flavor that takes different paths depending on the seeds. But very often, you will find the typical Indica aromas which mingle with the sweet notes of Sativa, quite fruity, lemony with earthy and skunky undertones. In addition, you may experience sweet nuances of fruit reminiscent of sandalwood or even pine forest smells. Jack Herer has become famous for its medicinal benefits over the years. The strain is straightforward and will produce a good yield if grown in the right conditions. Jack Herer produces copious quantities of THC, so much that you can practically see the branches glistening with the sticky resin. Origin Jack Herer was created in the Netherlands in the mid-1990s as a tribute to the infamous activist and author. Consisting of Haze x Shiva Skunk x Northern Lights #5 genetics, she quickly rose on the bestsellers list in Dutch coffeeshops for being a reputable and reliable medical-grade variety. Thanks for looking. I'm excited to see how these strains grow.. 💚🌿

Off to a killer start, I rarely seen genetics being this fast to germinate. 18 hrs 1/4” tap root and 24 hrs later was 1/2” out of the medium. 5 days later they are approximately 3-4” with second set of leaves. Nothing different with this grow except dialling in my mixes and top dresses at more appropriate times. For a change I have all my supplies for this grow to run with hiccups. Why Crystal Candy FV? Sweet Seeds were generous to provide seeds and supposedly 6-7 weeks only Flower would prove spectacular should the quality be comparable to Fem seeds. Stay safe and Feel free to drop some comments, always interested of learning new stuff. If you own a Crystal Candy diary watch out I’m coming with Like 💣

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️
