It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. Dropped the 3 seeds in water bath with a little HESI rooting mix, little mycorrhizae. On a heat mat, covered for complete darkness. 24 Hr soak - then seeds moved into own Seed Germinator - Karl’s Bubatz Popper 😂 24 hrs after 22 degrees and 90-95% humidity seeds developed long enough roots to hit the soil. To avoid any chance of damage the cotton pads hit the soil too.

Week 14, Week 14 was the last week before Harvest/Havrest! I flushed the plant and trimmed her a bit before harvest. I hope you all enjoy the videos and the pics!

Overall the plant yielded good dense nugs with strong smell, if your planning on running these seeds make sure you have a good germination rate so you can get at least 1 good pheno with good color on it. This strain was very resistant to deficiencies, large amount of root development and decent lateral growth. I will post nug shots after dry and trim

She continues to put on weight. It has been a hot week here in Northern California but I don't think its gotten over 80 F in the tent. She is looking great to me and I am looking forward to seeing some amber so I know its time to harvest.

Last week

This grow is going to be really interesting. I have never grown sativa dominant hybrids before because I was always scared I would not have enough room. However, last season I had a really good run growing VERY short plants (see Mighty Minis) and it got me thinking, why not. So here we are; I'm growing 1 Blue Dream and 1 MelonSicle this round. Both are Sativa hybrids so I am hoping the stretch will not be too intense; no more than 2.5 original height before flowering. The blue dream I bought with the previous rounds of clones I got because I have herd that if trained well, this plant can PRODUCE. The plan is to continuously top, and train until the MelonSicle has caught up and is ready for flower. I will have the room to flower about 2 months from now so this Blue Dream is going to be a 2/2 table top by the time I am ready. Very excited about this one, also a little nervous.

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. Top dressing later this week on 9/29: 5 tablespoons Gaia green 444 5 tablespoons Gaia Green 284 15 tablespoon Wiggle Worm Earth Worm Castings Light increased to 75%

Alright growmies 🍁🕺 week 6 of veg - girls are starting to get there Colour back into them now 🙌🏻2 girls have a bit off a potassium def but same strain so could be a sign(worst part about running multiple strains) that will clear up with the next few days. Little update on this weeks progress. Start cloning next, and repot will be on cards 👏🏻 light work 💪🏻

Weekly update for these girls. They got a defoliated and lollipopped this week. Also went full on into preflower showing pistols and flower sites everywhere. Over all they're growing like champs. Happy Growing.

Harvested waiting to dry

so we're a day early here, but lots to do tomorrow! but anyways they got transplanted into a flowering super soil i made for the first time making one so i'll be keeping notes and how it does. going to veg for one week in the 3 gal pots and see how they look then i'm thinking i'm going to flip them so hopefully they take right off after getting the new home. soil mixture is ** for a 30 gal of soil** 9 gal of promix organic her and veg 9 gal of cow manure compost 9 gal of vulcanite pumice 6 cups of 2-8-4 gaia green 1.5 cups of mineralized phosphate gaia green 3 cups of basalt rock dust gaia green 1 cup of glacial rock dust gaia green 5 cups of kelp meal gaia green this is all being tested for the first time so not sure this stuff might be a little to rich but we'll just have to wait and see i guess. i did use clonex mycorrhizae a tea spoon in each root ball. i was having heating issues, i first had the portable ac in the tent but it was always working to hard, so i put it outside the tent and it did a lot better. the room is now staying at 26 with the lights on, and my lights are also still plumbed into the duct work for the house so its still pumping hot air thru the house and it got hot in here today so once the light go out ill be plumbing into the window, so that should help a lot more. i was going to train the as why i put them on one side of the pot in the one gal but decided not to as i just want to see how this super soil is going to be like. i'm not wasting time training all all that other then a super crop here at some point but no tying them down as i once had in mind.

Moving along to week 3 flower. Plants are doing great! Still training to expose more bud sites. Watering every 4-5 days.
