Hey everyone, hope everything is going well for you all. Plants have been doing good since the last time posted, all three are working on their flowers. One CBD is purple, other is going to be green. Got the humidifier out of there for more space which has made things a lot easier. Need to supplement some P&K for the Colorado cookies, showing a little deficiencies. Got 2304 into her final home in a 3 gallon pot, I used grow dots at 1 table per gallon of medium and made the bottom 3rd of the soil a little hot with fresh ocean Forrest soil, and purple cow non manure compost.. and moved her to my new ac infinity 3x3 tent... she's showing off a bit, I did some early training with garden staples however when she gets a little bigger I'll be replacing the staples for bamboo steaks and garden wire to stretch her out for maximum light penetration!

This girl is looking delicious! She’s not packing it on quite as much as the Obi-wan’s are, but they are so beautiful looking. Just covered in tricombs everywhere. She is starting to show signs of pk deficiency, older leaves are starting to yellow and we are now seeing the hairs starting to recede and some turning red. Probably be harvesting her first before the other 3 obi-wan girls as she looks to be slowing down faster...if that makes any sense...lol I’m not planning on doing a lengthy flush on her so I’m thinking we will wait till we see all cloudy tricombs and then give her a week or so flush till we start seeing about 20% amber. Our King Louis Automatic are truly those plants with a great desire to grow, the one in main lining is perfect. Remember that we are growing 1 Plant worked with the techniques and one left to grow without cutting techniques to preserve its speed. In this diary we find the plant that is growing normally, nice and straight just with a little cleaning and LST at the bottom only on the branches and not on the main stem. The plant had a moment of over at the end of the vegetative phase when it was time to move into flowering it had a manifestation of rusty spots on the sunbathing leaves but now at the beginning of flowering everything seems fixed. In my opinion it is a lack of K but yes The comparison is the salt of the experience so the plant in the other diary will be worked very differently go and see it to compare them. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

the canopy is balanced (see vid), a rather intense green colour, no sign of deficiency (I moved my lamps up 10cm to prevent the tips from bleaching further), the stems look strong, and no more flies or spiders in my tent :) onwards to the flowering stage! 12h/12, still under my MarsHydro, 2 lamps, 210w. can't wait to see the pistils emerge!

Spider Mite infestation. I put the story in the pictures. Long story short, the infestation focused on the lower (ticker) branches of AK2 and this explains the undergrowth compared to her sisters. The trichomes are half-cloudy / milky and she will be ready for harvest within a maximum of 2 weeks. I defoliated her by removing nearly all leaves and put her aside in the grow room. Open to any other suggestions. I also confess that I neglected the plants and did not check the source of the white point. I also used some of the soils I used in other outdoor plants which I believe the source of the infestation. Seed Formations AK2, again produces seeds in lower branches. I did not pollinate this one and there is no other source that she is pollinated. I didn't see any Bananas, too. I am thinking it might be because of the stress from the Spider Mites. Open to any suggestions on that too. Other Two Girls I spotted some mites on them too, but it was not alarming. I defoliated the infested few leaves and they will be okay. Jack Herer needs two and White47 might need another 3 weeks and that is it. I think they all will be okay until then. I will keep a close eye on them. Sorry for not good news this week.

End of week 7 Last 2-3 days crystals/sugar leaves started appearing slowly. i have added another 125 Watt CFL for extra supplemental light . Breeder says plant needs 65-70 days from seed. Thats like 20 days more for the buds to get as big as possible. cant wait for this week to check these buds stay tuned :)

Stickiest plant I've ever grown hands down. I'm looking forward to the end product - next week I will be looking under the microscope to see the status of the trichomes to determine when the flush will be.
