In this week i removed a few big leaves to ensure the light exposure for the blossom. They look a bit naked now but they can focus the energy in the buds now and I‘m looking forward to harvest them in the next few weeks.

Nice development this week. The girl in the back is keep getting taller, I’m impressed. I’m slowly getting back on track with the uploads, I’ve been a bit behind.

Week 7 of flower in the books and we’ve had to adjust to the height issues in an attempt to salvage what we can of the largest mains on the cheese. Really should’ve done this 2 weeks ago and while it’d be preferable not to supercrop this late in flower - there really wasn’t a choice. It was done early in the week and the plant is none the worse for wear. On the whole, the nute burn issue has been rectified and while the damage isn’t massive, it’s still really obvious. For all the above reasons, We’re really not going to get that late flower look with this plant. Kinda sad there. Otherwise, the plants have begun to colour up and were quickly coming in to the harvest window. At this rate it looks like the gorilla cookies and cherry Bomb will go off first, with the cheese to follow and the lemon haze last. The GC is absolutely covered in trichs. We expect a great finish for this one. She’s unlike any pheno I’ve seen on here - ducksfooted with a pineapple shape to her heads but again, got it where it counts. The cherry Bomb is similar but also true to her description - huge cherry diesel scent coming off this plant. She’s chunky and sticky too so very pleased she’s made something of herself. The lemon haze is developing And rounding out slower. Trich production is moderate and I suspect she’s got a week longer than the rest. We’re getting there - maybe a week to 10 days. Almost time for jazz hands👍😎. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Day 58 : She is fattening her buds very much. CO2 stopped for all ladies. As you can see trichomes still are in cloudy period. So she needs couple weeks for sure. Edit (Day 62) : I watered again with nutrients. She is the most stinky lady in room and the most heavy. Looking forward for her.

This is the first week with only 12 hours of light and the plants grow pretty well 😎 I removed some leaves here and there to give some light to the new branches but no major defoliation. The broken branch of the Cashew Kush from last week (see D42 - Cashew Kush) has survived and went back towards the light, it's a strong plant! 💪 The light is now set to 100% and is really hotter than at 75%. I cannot leave my hand on the top of it for too long or it burns a bit. Despite of that, I have no temperature issues in the room. This cycle was really fun! I chopped 142 gs of wet plant. This time I’m gonna dry in the closet with all the leafs on for 4 days.. Pics of harvest are uploaded! 30 sweety grams for me and my gf ;) Taste is mellow, but I can taste the sweey sour taste tipical of SweetZZ! I grew the same strain with organic fertilizers and it tasted a little better, but this one with was fed with Hesi nutrients and it’s more strong than the organic one! Diarie continues with her sister!

This week we haven't really experience anything too crazy, plant C had a little underwatering issue she got thirsty started to look pretty weak the 1st day of week 6 (for her only) she had recovered by the end of day 1 before going into the dark cycle. As the week progresses we should see some more tricome production and some more development of the bud sites. I'm hoping the underwatering that happened won't stunt or hurt the end yield too bad, that was a bad moment of laziness... whoops. Overall I haven't had any problems yet with pests there's been a lot of gnats and spiders on the outside of the tent but nothing on the inside. For a cheap tent it's working awesome. It does have some light leakaround the zippers but this isn't a problem for me as I'm growing in a darker area already. But if this were in a bright room all the time this tent would be a bad choice. Now as week 7 progresses we'll start seeing more rapid Bud development and see some increased tricome production. To think this girl (plant A) is just barely over halfway done is crazy. I have ended up removing the entire bottom 1/3 of the plant in the form of defoliation of the yellowed and dying leaves. People say don't defoliate Autos for shock reasons I hope it doesn't really matter.

Vegged for a few weeks will flower soon.

On the final few days of a 10 day flush. Will be chopping down this week to harvest and hang dry. Really excited to try this one. The smells in the room are unreal.

My plants are doing better with more heat and less light. My light is turned down to 30%. I installed a oil heater so the tent stays above 80 even during lights out. My plants have never looked healthier. Changing off of my veg nutes and going to flower dosages.

Hello Canna Fam, So week 10 has come to an end and the ladies are doing well. I started to feed only PH’ed water yesterday and hopefully as EC levels drop the girls should go into overdrive and hopefully push to increase bud density before they get the chop. I have been struggling some days with extremely low levels of humidity so the environment has not been perfect but nevertheless things aren’t looking too bad. Good morning everyone, today is day 29f! Moving right along the girls are super healthy and looking great! Last week like a broken record we alternated watering with fish shit and silica although I did add an 1/8 teaspoon of kelp extract with the fish shit watering, Read a lot about it and feel like it could be beneficial! Also did my biweekly top dress of half dose Gaia green, I feel like it’s definitely been better to add less bi weekly instead of full dose monthly to allow for a never ending supply of nutes rather than having it run out then wait for it to cook and work into soil, gonna stick with it in the future. That’s about it really, we are on cruise control and they are starting to bulk up, the 2 permafrost seem to be a few days ahead of the jingle cookie or they are just going to be the fatter flowers, time will tell! 25/04/2023 Day 69 I cut the "twins" and finally discovered the inside of the DWC MyPot. I took lots of pics so you can see the unexpected plant of the seed that I lost in the clay and then germinated anyway and found an awkward path to the surface through a tiny hole! Unbelievable! I also found that the watering tube from the pump had moved during manipulation, don't know for how long it has been pressed between the upper and lower parts on the DWC. Pretty sure for that final plants had received less or no feeding solution, and the use of Clean might not have been efficient. I guess it's also the reason why I found the white (?) on the top of the clay, salts and something else, because of lack of watering. Will come back in 3 weeks, will be dry and then I'll can trim and weight. And smoke, yeah! Not expecting much and could be hard to smoke if the cleaning was not efficient. Anyway, the next one will be better!

Little buds start showing up more and more everyday now, and the smell is incredible! Massachusetts has been experiencing some heat waves a lot with short intense thunderstorms with high winds yet these plants have continued to do what they do best and thrive. Plants have been given another round of Jobes organic granular feed with a 2-5-3 composition on NPK, and have started to restore their dark green color in new bud sites. I have been giving them heavy water due to the intense heat of 90-100 degrees, sometimes twice a day of around 3-5 gallons each watering which could result in slight flushing and more frequent feedings. I will have to wait and see, and watch how the ladies respond

Der Grow ist nun durch , bin mit dem gesamten Verlauf sehr zufrieden. Es gab nie Probleme, alles lief nach Plan. Es wurde kein großes Entlauben, noch Topping oder sonstiges gemacht, lediglich die großen Blätter wurden entfernt. Gesamtgenommen , würde ich es wieder so machen, es war einfach ein ruhiger entspannter Grow. Die Lampe von Greenception, der Dünger von Biotabs, und auch der Blumat, funktionierten super in einer Symbiose zusammen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis nicht riesig ist, ist es wie in der Vorwoche bereits erwähnt für mich absolut in Ordnung. Da ich nicht viel benötige und es mehr ein Hobby ist . Die gesamte Lichtleistung habe ich durch 3 geteilt, es sind schließlich 3 Pflanzen im Zelt, damit man ein korrektes Ergebnis erhält. Ich danke für die Free Seeds @SuperSativaSeedsClub, und kann Sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Rauch und Endergebnis werde ich selbstverständlich nachliefern. There were never any problems; everything went according to plan. No major defoliation, topping, or other interventions were done; only the large leaves were removed. Overall, I would do it the same way again, as it was simply a calm and relaxed grow. The lamp from Greenception, the fertilizer from Biotabs, and the Blumat system worked perfectly together in symbiosis. Even though the result isn't huge, as I mentioned last week, it's absolutely fine for me. I don't need much, and it's more of a hobby. I divided the total light output by 3, as there are 3 plants in the tent, to get an accurate result. I thank SuperSativaSeedsClub for the free seeds and can recommend them without hesitation. I will, of course, provide updates on the smoke and final results. The wet weight is 145 grams. Die letzte Woche lief ebenfalls alles glatt.
