64 days after i planted her seed directly in a pot outside 😱the reaper came, i hung her upside down for 6days then cut her &put her on a net to dry some more While cutting I found some little catterpillars about 5 guess that were the eggs that I found on some of the plants last week.☺️ After a few days drying on the net i weighed it:53,6gr The taste is great I'm very happy with the result catterpillars included☺️

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of the second week of flowering. The flowers have started to form nicely. The areas around the flowers themselves are lighter so it is clearly visible where all the flowers are forming, and I have much more motives for taking photos. Purple Lemonade has started to stagnate in growth, this week it has grown 8 cm. At this stage Purple Lemonade has taken its final form and now the plant will direct most of its energy into the development of the flowers. The leaves are a healthy green color and so far I do not show any signs that the plant is lacking anything. Watering was every three days, I continued to add CalMg and Bio-Bloom Fertilizer. The conditions in the grow box are now much better. The temperature is around 28 degrees and the humidity is below 50%. Purple Lemonade is progressing very nicely so far, which I am very happy about. Here is a short overview of the week. 24/08/2024 - Day 31. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water. I added CalMg 1 ml/lit, Bio-Bloom Fertiliser 1.5 ml/lit and then lowered the p.H. to 6.0. With this amount I watered all three plants evenly. 27/08/2024 - Day 34. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 28/08/2024 - Day 35. End of the second week of flowering, or the fifth week from the beginning of vegetation. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Like my other auto I'm growing, I've learned these are much different from photo plants. They don't like heavy feedings or lots of light. My other photo plants enjoy both. I've feed some liquid seaweed and molasses over the past week, and have continued the LST. So far so good.

Quiet week in the flower tent this week. Got couple new additions in the form of a humidifier for lights out and a Vivosun Aerolab THB. Both are welcome tools. The Aerolab seems accurate on temp and humidity but is consistently a couple of points off on VPD, which means I just deduct .2 off the value shown to give me a closer value to the true VPD. Useful even though inaccurate. Otherwise nothing to tell. The buds are getting bigger and swelling but I do believe she is giving her all. Here's to next week. :-)

Start of week 2, day 8 of flowering. The plants are sagging a bit in these photos, as I took them just before feeding, except for the pics in the grow room, they are just after feeding. So far, they all look good and healthy, a few leaves are showing some small deficiency signs, hopefully that will go away as additional nutrients are added over the grow cycle.

Everyday I try to arrange the branches in the most efficient way. On the 14 th day I removed just a handful of fan leaves. With the lower plant count they are not shading each other so much. I managed to keep the canopy pretty even so far even though they are completely different strains and even three different phenos of runtz x LC. 3 plants get 10 x 4:20 around 1,5 l Other 5 get 10 x 4:20 and 3x 4 minutes another 450 ml = ca 1,9 l Up until now I think it’s my best run ever. High EC is the key with high intensity lights. It changed the whole game. Now I’m feeding 2.5 even to freshly rooted clones. For now I try to keep runoff EC below 5. I think I’m not there yet to push more because I don’t supply enough co2 and my temps are a bit lower then ideal especially in Veg. Honestly they are getting a little bigger then expected. Frisian Dew and Shaman are doing splendidly in the larger pots, a success story so far. FD and Shaman in the garden soil are a little behind, but are continuing to develop. Slugs and snails remain a problem, especially after these rainy weeks. Durban Poison from regular seed; a failure so far, perhaps they need the warmer climate in the polytunnel that is being set up. So far I have seen some male Durban Poisons, but which ones are definitely female? It remains exciting. Breeding is different from growing. Easy week, girls have been doing pretty good. The cronk nutrients are a bit of a learning curve. Very potent stuff, I have been working my way up and am still at 1/2 recommended dose. Noticed some yellowing starting on the bottom leaves, have started to increase nutrient dose, hopefully no burn. VPD has been good, they are just chugging along. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Hey everyone 😀. A lot has happened again this week 👍. Pheno 1 goes from the color more and more to red 😍, whereby Pheno 2 also slowly starts to color 😃. Flowering day 21 Today both were poured with 1.2 L each and checked for their health. The humidifier was also refilled. Flowering day 22 Today the tent was cleaned and both phenotypes checked for pests and so on. Flowering day 23 Today both were poured again, this time only 1.6 l for both together. The tent was cleaned with disinfectant 👍. Flowering day 24 Today the humidifier was refilled, the activated carbon filter changed after 9 months, and all the electronics checked :-). Flowering day 25 Today 1.5 l was poured per plant so that some train comes out and rinses out excess nutrients 👍. The box was also cleaned and the plants checked for health. Flowering day 26 In both phenotypes, the bottom mini buds were removed for the last time so that the full energy goes into the top buds 👍. The tent was cleaned and the whole room was cleaned. Flowering day 27 Like every two days, the water was also poured today, but this time only 0.7 l per plant, because two days ago it was poured with Train 😄. The lamps were adjusted to the size and placed about 5 cm high. All in all, it was a perfect week, everything is going as it should and the plants are feeling very good 👍. True sativa plant, thin leaves, big internodals spacing and she won't stop stretching.. 😪 I'm sure that if she keeps that up, she'll be towering over the other ladies. i'll have to raise the lights and raise my other ladies so that they're not too far from the lights. I've already moved her to the back where the tallest girls are, that way i want incline the lights a bit for better light distribution. Pictures taken on day 20, I did a light defoliation on the bottom, taking out all that growth that won't receive enough light penetration. Watering every other day like always.. Ya estamos en plena floración y con las luminarias a max potencia... Evidentemente el aire acondicionado también está trabajando durante la fase de encendido. Flowa-Bloom es la estrella de los nutrientes a incorporar, pero todos son importantes... Así que sigo la tabla de fertilización de JUJU Royal al pie de la letra. Eso si, primero humedezco bien el sustrato con agua, para aprovechar bien la solución con los nutrientes y que no filtre por las macetas textiles. Riego cada cuatro días.

Longer warmer days

Dear diary, Week 4 almost done, but posting a day in advance as I will need help from the community! Something terrible has happened, and I am not sure what, so let’s jump into it. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 25: Away from home so the flatmate is feeding them from the premixed bucket. ⏰ Day 26: Back home! As they have doubled in size I am transplanting up from 3liter to 20liter airpots. The 75/25 coco to perlite mix was first run with 1.23ms 5.8ph calmag water followed by 1.33ms 5.8ph nutes before transplanting over. Light was about 305 so also upped it to 320-330ppfd. ⏰ Day 27: Feed the girls at 1.36ms and 6.0ph. Today was also the day where the mainlining begins! This was done by topping above the 3rd node, removing any growth below the 3rd and tying them down to start the manfold. Aiming for 8 or 16 tops for each plant depending on how the grow. ⏰ Day 28: Feeding at 1.36ms 5.8ph and adjusted ties. ⏰ Day 29: Checked in on them in the morning before lights off, and something is very wrong. All the older leaves show all kinds of issues like curling, brown and yellow spots, drooping etc. Might just be from the chock of mainlining and the lights being to strong so lowered them to 230ppfd. Later when lights turned on again, their state has not deteriorated during light off, so I’m fairly sure it is light related. But to be sure I also gave the girls 2 liter each of feed to make sure there are no dryspots, 1.36ms 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: I was away all day so they were watered by flatmate with 1.35ms 6ph. When I came home later in the night the spots and yellowing is still happening on the older leaves but much slower than before. I also checked runoff and it’s fine at 1.46ms and 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: Gave a feeding of 1.46ms 6.3ph in were I increased A and B nutes to 2.5ml/l from 2.0 and calmag to 1.5ml/l from 1.3. Someone suggested that it might be magnesium deficiency so that is why I changed the ratios and increased the EC a bit. Lastly I also gave a foliar spray of calmag water at like 12ml/l at 6.3ph to see if that helps so we can head into a smoother week 5!
