So I suspect the Golden Goat to have subtle mag def. I’ve upped the Epsom salts a bit to help. Also the Mandarine XL Auto is amazing and this discoloration in its leaves I believe to be from getting handled and snagging on the trellis when bending through. I try to be delicate, but it shows. I’ve not been taking meticulous account of things but here’s as of day 19… Day 19: Low/High - 66F at night, 76F during the day. Moisture Levels: set @ 56% RH Moisture level fluctuations from 54%-68% depending on time and temperature as well as moisture levels in the pot itself. As the pot gets dry I will lower the VPD a bit. Fly Traps: CLEAN-w/ 2 fungus gnats (1/week) both located @ MXL (MXL= Mandarine XL Auto) No signs of mold or mildew. Ventilation Setting: Humidity 57% RH Light Intensity (Dimmer Switch @ 75%) 3” tall. The Critical Purple Autoflower shares the tent: while exhibiting signs similar to mosaic virus, I believe this to not be the case, and instead a genetic pigment deformation possibly induced from the high UV LED lights. I’m only basing this theory of of other anecdotes. I’m not willing to test the contagion properties, but I’m going to pop a seed for just that purpose. Until then I wear gloves or wash hands and sterilize equipment before and after each plant until I can rule out a contagion or not. Planing to update my feed and get some ppm measurements. Also I’m thinking the MXL is ready for a little Regalia and a foliar feed. Only thing is a 2 hour window from 3-5am! But I will feed a little Regalia and Venerate sometime this week.

This week was an absolute scorcher with daytime temps in the low 30C, but we had no rain so I had to water more frequently. Seen a lovely burst of growth after last week's nutrients. Decided to bend and secure today to learn new technique. I'm fairly happy with the results. Think I might need to book up a scrog net worth all my girls after this training.

⚗️ FERMAKOR – Neutralisation & Filtering (Final Stage) 🧠 “From reactor to bottle — the first real batch.” --- 18.10.25 — Pulled about 1L of the finished FERMAKOR extract into a 5L bucket and added roughly 2L of clean water. Let it sit for a bit to calm down and cool off before touching the pH. Sample came back around pH 6.8–7, totally non-caustic — exactly what I wanted before acidifying for storage. Started adding phosphoric acid (59%) slow and steady, stirring between each pour. Ended up using about 50ml total before the colour flipped red on the GHE drops, landing the mix right around pH 3–3.5. No foam, no violent reaction, just smooth. Smell turned clean and metallic-sweet. --- Filtering setup Used a pillowcase and cheesecloth layered together as the filter stack. The pillowcase handled all the heavy junk, the cheesecloth grabbed the fine silt. It came out thick, dark amber, glossy — zero grit. I’ll leave it to rest overnight, open, just to let any tiny bubbles or gases clear out before bottling. --- Final note This batch is officially FERMAKOR B Concentrate V1.0 (1:4). Storage pH locked between 3.3–3.8, ready to bottle and shake before use. This one’s rich in P, K, Mg, and micros, while Calcium Nitrate will handle the N and Ca on the A-part side. --- 🌱 Closing the diary That’s it for this round — extraction phase complete. I’ll be closing this diary here and opening a new one called “FERMAKOR A+B Test Grow – V1.” Testing starts tomorrow on a single plant. Time to see if this brew actually works in the tent. 📸 All images videos to be added later — filter setup, pH colour, and final concentrate. Day 9 above the soil: Nothing exciting to really report on during this quiet phase. The triplets are happy enough in their new homes and have been hopefully scouting the area without of roots ready for gorging.I have only given them boosts teas , a little silicon and calmag , and the coco girls had their 1st mini feed today with the shogun. I am hoping to keep just below too much runnoff and managing to avoid build up of the salts. I will do a flush on this run of the coco but am mindful of the ecothrive charge being built so dont want to shake of that frass. Growth wise fir a week odd old I cannot complain at all. I can see the difference between these and photoperiods seedlings clearly. Rhe development is quick to proper looking leaves and nodes wanting to fly out too. The yellowing on a few of the girls is not a worry yet. No different growth between the LOS and coco so far but let's see what a feeding schedule does soon.

1/10 - Day 56 / Day 28 Flower The nutrient deficiency appears to be getting worse. After some reading, I suspect I may have a pH issue which is causing a nutrient lockout. I gave each of my plants enough water to get some runoff that I could test. When I first tested the runoff, I was getting pH readings of around 5.6-5.8 for my 5 gallons....not good. Way too acidic. I decide to do a flush out of an abundance of caution. I ran about 8 gallons of water that ranged between a pH of 6.5 and 7.2. At a certain point, I ran out of distilled and dechlorinated tap and decided to stop flushing at that point rather than introduce chlorinated tap water. At the end of the flush, I was getting pH readings of around 6.1 and 6.2 for my 5 gallons. Not ideal but should at least mitigate any further damage. Remarkably, some of the leaves that were starting to yellow began to bounce back shortly after the flush. **************************************************** 1/11 - Day 57 / Day 29 Flower The conditions haven't dramatically improved but also haven't appear to get dramatically worse. The leaves that were already yellowing seemed to yellow a bit further but I didn't notice any new leaves yellowing. After still more reading, I think I narrowed the issue down to a magnesium issue. My leaf symptoms seem to match all of the tell tale signs - leaves were turning pale green before fading to yellow, the yellowing was showing up first around the edges but all the veins were still green. Combined with the fact that magnesium lockouts typically occur when the soil is too acidic - I think I found my culprit. Even though the soil was still wet on my 5 gallons, I decided to go ahead and provide a half gallon of distilled water with 5mg of Cal-Mag to each plant. Of course, this was before I read some of the responses to my grow question and this was the exact opposite advice suggested by @BluntZilla who I think has the correct diagnosis of my problem (calcium toxicity causing other nutrient lockouts)... **************************************************** 1/12 - Day 58 / Day 30 Flower Based on the symptoms I'm having, it looks like the biggest nutrient deficiency I'm having is magnesium. In an attempt to mitigate that deficiency, I made a solution combining a gallon of distilled water with two tablespoons of epsom salts and applied as a foliar spray. Started applying this today - once in the morning and once in the evening. **************************************************** 1/14 - Day 60 / Day 32 Flower Watered my plants using spring water until I could produce runoff. The runoff readings were as follows: Z51: - pH = 6.4 - TDS = 1080ppm - EC: 2.2 Z52: - pH = 6.3 - TDS = 1040ppm - EC: 2.1 While it appears my pH is back in a healthy range, my EC readings are a bit higher than I'd like. Ideally, I'm aiming for 1.8 but didn't want to continue shocking my plants with a flush. **************************************************** 1/16 - Day 62 / Day 34 Flower My plants still haven't really turned a corner with the nutrient lockout issues as new leaves continue to succumb to the same symptoms of slow yellowing. Despite these issues, my buds are continuing to develop and becoming more full and dense.

Went back through my calendar and found that today is first day of week 11 above the soil. Plant is doing really well, som3 of the large lower leaves are getting crispy-curly. Buds are very dense, mostly orange curled up hairs. Mostly cloudy with a lot of amber trics on sugar leaves. Hardly any amber on upper buds. Started flush a week ago but just couldnt bare the thought of stsrving this poor plant so I added a little cha-ching back. Shes super stinky, the most beautiful stinky Ive ever experienced. Ive found that its almost impossible to wash the smell off of my hands! Made a little slide show this morning while drinking my tea. Hope you like it!

As you can see, she is stretching, showing sex and is going to be a decent plant , hopefully.. i hope everyone is doing well. I'm kind of over this site. To be honest with you, they do not make it phone friendly and I know I'm not the only one that feels his way... They just keep changing the site for absolutely no reason and make it harder and harder to navigate...smh .. God bless and happy grown guys

Growth seems to be steady, one of the GSC girls is a day behind all the rest but only as I planted it a day later than the rest. Not sure what I think of fem autos yet as I normally only grow feminised seeds. Keeping a close eye on temps, humidity. Foliar spraying them twice a day or so. Can't wait to see them over the next few weeks. The Stardawg seems to be slightly ahead GSC with growth rate.

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

OK guys I'm starting at the beginning of week 5 so this one is only a few days after my last addition the the diary. I noticed the very first pistils so now we are in week 1 of flower. Punch 2 has dark greeb, curled down edges, maybe a nitrogen toxicity? I don't think I'm over watering, they didn't have water for 6 days when I noticed these symptoms. Punch 1 doesn't have the dark green edged fan leaves or the curling down, but there are some pale white spots and smudges at the ends of the fan leaves. Any ideas guys? I'm new to this so not 100% what is going on or how to fix. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys🎄

05/13/2025 Growing well, don’t have to do anything but refill the nutrient water whenever needs (usually every 2 weeks or so)
