fighting the cold at lights off temps dipping lower than I would like, adjustments have been made so hopefully I’ve not done too much damage, will start slowly cutting the nutrients down from now on by 5 ml a week, the cold has slowed them down abit so I’d be guessing at a 10 week flower on these girls, the middle plant has the more solid bud structure than the others with a notable size difference already, I’ll be trimming lower leaves in the canopy this week to open them up and get some light down to lower bud sites

I did cut it today! So now its going to hang for like 5 Days and then its finaly ready to smoke. I did switch of the light for 38 hours before i did hang it.

Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post I've had a lot of personal crap holding me back but I'm on the bounce back and trying to catch up with everything. Couple lessons learnt on this one. I'm going to run this strain again but a little differently based on experience from this grow, the plants were ready at week 8 barring flush so I reckon I can cut away two weeks of flower time and start my plain water flush at week 7 and chop at week 8 instead of 10 which will be great as I will be adding at least one but most likely two of those weeks to the veg time so my turnaround will be the same but my end yield should hopefully be much better. This grow is by far my best quality end product, hard nugs, caked in trichs, stinky as hell water and strong as a Russian circus freak. Yield however was not as expected from 2 meter squared using a 600w hps and 450w Ied I wanted 20-25 oz and I got 15 but I know where I went wrong as previously mentioned and I have set a challenge to do it again hitting 25oz, same strain, same system, same nutes, 1 extra plant, 1-2 weeks extra veg time and 1-2 weeks less flower time. week 9 of flower for these girls The smell off them is pretty extraordinary now, I really cannot wait to taste them, Thinking of cutting down next week, awkward place to try and check the trichomes on them atm, but since there are 2 I'll definitely cut one next week and maybe let the other finish week 10, will see Thanks for swinging by

Alright grow cycle, mistakes, improvements, etc... She did stay in veg for too long, her growth was slow and not the best and so she took quite long, next time i'll be there from the beginning so I can take care of her throughout. But her growth is really fun. It is a tall growing sativa with fairly tight noding when trained accordingly, producing long filled colas. The buds grow fairly dense and fluffly but do air out a little when dried. Trichome production was pretty impressive as well as terpene production. She had thrips since her early days but did not seem to mind them at all. I did spray them initially but once flower started I stopped. I believe predatory mites might have been feeding on the pupae in the soil, if that is what this specific species of thrips did, the reason I say that is I could never see adults only larvae. Whatever the case maybe they were there but the population never really increased. Something I did not mention during the grow is that those plants were played music during the days, music that is apparently developed for plants. The 10L pot was WAY too small for a true sustainable living organic and to provide enough space for the plant, that was a mistake, I'd say a 20L would be the bare minimum and still. The bigger the better. The hempy transfer did not hurt the plant and I believe even helped to some extent, BUT, I am still running test on the subject and so can't confirm anything, here are my observations Roots did not colonize the perlite, a little on top and the sides but that was it, I was expecting to see a big root mass in there. I believe hempy are great for salt fert as it hold a soup of nutes where the plant can feed from since the coco only holds very little Whereas in nature most nutrient are in the top soil where the highest amount of decomposition happens, this is where the highest microbial activity happens and so where the plant will find food. Living organic is trying to reproduce nature and so there is no need for the plant's roots to gather at the bottom of the pot. Although it could have potentially provided the plant access to a larger amount of water and possibly more oxygenation of the pot. Those are all theories, please speak up if you have other proofs. In conclusion , unless i get proven otherwise by someone or my latest running experiment , I will not be using hempies again as I believe it brings more complication and issues than a simple fabric pot. The lights, The 600w at the start was good, then I decided to add a 400w...😂 That was completely overkill and not necessary. Waste of electricity. And they started suffering from too much light it seems at some point, I raised the light by a good 30 cm and they were fine. 600 is more than enough. I am happy about how the soil performed but it has room for improvements. As for the watering technique I have been watering large ammount every few days, next time I will be giving constant small amount of water each day and a soak every week or so, I believe the soil might perform better under those conditions. She was also an easy plant to harvest whit her long colas which had very little foliage, I do trim in excess as I like my buds extra clean but the buds are not excessively bushy. The trims were use to make some bubble hash, around 100g of wet trims yielded around 1.5-2g of bubble hash. I did add a negative effect but only because it wouldn't give me a smile otherwise, but to be honnest it barely dries your mouth. The soil is going to be recycled and reused in a next grow. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if you have any question don't hesitate.

Blütewoche 6 verläuft ohne Probleme. Die Pflanzen sind gesund, Buds werden dicker, Trichome entwickeln sich gut. Kein Mangel, alles im grünen Bereich. Leichte Entlaubung für bessere Luftzirkulation, Gießen wie im Schema. Bin sehr zufrieden – weiter so!

All plants have been chopped down now. Will switch over to harvest on here once these last plants finish drying. Then I can get a full harvest weight of everything. 2 weeks of curing for the first harvest. It is a very fruity smoke. Very sativa high but also a heavy body high. No sleepies or dry mouth. Really enjoying the strain. If I had to guess, I'd say we should be over 2 pounds.

No more fertilization. They will be harvested in 2 weeks very stinky ones.... Alll good just keep flushing them and removing upcoming yellow leaves. :) They are quote wet so just giving them 200ml.of water a day to.not to over water them.

Look what I did to my girl, poor lady. But i'm sure she will bounce back, but with all that leaf shit It's hard to properly tie them down. So i broke off a total of 2 branches (yellow tape) and managed to attach one back to it. Otherwise she took all the stress LIKE A CHAMP - yet. We'll see. To be honest, i was quite lazy with her the last days, it was pretty stressful but look at her, she is basically growing herself! As long as you can cool it, have some sort of system to change water and some, basic nutrients and ph- DWC is the easiest system for me, 100% Look at the roots and i did not fill up the reservoir for like half a week, so a lot of it wsd exposed to air for a longer time still she is growing and growing. Two more weeks and i might have a problem with her in flower, because she will drink so much water the reservoir won't hold a long time haha. Almost forget, i need to add either more fertilizer /ml or give extra calmag. will probably do both kekw Cheers guys! (whoever reads this, this is your sign, get high 👌)

Day 75, close to the end !! Still flushing and getting ready for harvest ! In approx 6 days, I'll harvest my first one, the rest a bit later, not ready yet. So I got a second hand furniture that I turned into a drying box to start drying while the rest is still growing. I'm so excited for the harvest !! It has to be soon cause I'm running out of weed ! I won't wait the curing to be done to start smoking it lol. It is still hot here, even though it is a tad cooler. The leaves still show some unhappiness. The buds have grown beautifully fat and do now boast some impressive size. The buds are getting too heavy and I had to add some support. It smells very fresh and citrusy, like grapefruit. I love the smell. I´ll start checking the trichomes now...
