Everything is fine ! The plants are resplendent. They grow fast and strong. The future heads are well formed and point towards the sun, which is Lumatek! I don't have much to say actually. That's the good thing about main lining: all the effort is done during the first weeks, but after that, all you have to do is sit back and watch it grow! Of course, you have to water from time to time, but no more pruning, not even leaf removal. Well yes, I will make a light one when it comes to flowering. Probably in about ten days.... For now I can literally watch them grow because it's going very quickly: 11cm in 7 days! That's all for today ! Oh yes ! The plant I removed, you know, the 5th. I didn't have the courage to kill her. I just left him in his potty outside. I didn't worry about it at all. Well, she refuses to die. She keeps pushing, she fights. So I let her do it. I think it won't last long because it's 5 or 6 degrees outside here at night. But for now, it doesn't seem to be a problem for her, and she's growing well! Slightly slower start and flower initiation with this one but impressed with the amount of flower sites all over and is pretty pungent although it’s merely just started flowering can’t wait to kick back and taste this one

Today marks a significant turning point in the life cycle of my cannabis plants. I've officially switched the light schedule to a 12/12 cycle, signaling the initiation of the bloom phase. This transition is always an exciting moment, as it kickstarts the period where the plants begin to produce the beautiful, fragrant flowers that we all anticipate. Simultaneously, I have made a crucial change to the plants' nutrient regimen. I've shifted from the vegetative nutrients to pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A and B. This nutrient solution is specifically designed for the flowering stage, and it will provide the plants with the optimal balance of essential elements they need during this critical phase. As we move into this new phase, I look forward to observing the transformation of the plants as they respond to these changes and start producing buds. The journey thus far has been rewarding, and I can't wait to see what the bloom phase has in store.

Day 1 of Veg!: Both plants have shed their seeds and are turning towards the light. I was a little concerned with how they looked at first, very white, but I didn’t notice they broke ground for about 24hrs and the lights were off. They’ve got lots of color now! Day 3:These 2 are coming along awesome! Almost have the blumat system perfectly, soil is staying perfectly moist and the girls are loving it. Added a air stone to the reservoir of the Blumat System to ad oxygen and move the water around. Day 5: Plants are doing great. Steady growth right now. Still adjusting the blumat watering system to get it just right, but I’m almost there! It’s getting a little hotter during the day. In the high 70’s, but I’m okay with that for now. Lights are now at 75% Day 7: So my other seed never germinated. Put a new one in paper towel to see if it will go. Only problem is it will be 2 weeks behind by the time it comes up. I was really hoping to get a flat canopy all the way across the room, but who knows, may still be possible! Plants are loving the Gaia Green Living Soil mix, and today I just moved the blumat sensors to get a bit closer to the rootball.

I do not delete my teas and let the plant pots dry out slightly before feeding.

the move did not go so smoothly. the plants stood in the cold car without light for eternity. when i unpacked them the leaves were hanging down and the leaves had brown spots in some places. after i watered them and left them alone they gradually recovered. other than that, I think they look pretty good

La verdad que increíble estas flores, un sabor a caramelo con crema y notas dulces. Cogollos que si bien se recubre de hojas llenas de resina, a mí particularmente no es muy de mí agrado. Pero que está nevada, no lo dudo. Hermosa cosecha en interior, a seguir creciendo!

Inicio de floración , fotoperiodo 12/12h. bajo 300W, ATS Pro 2,7 µmol/J. Por lo que hace al cultivo. Una segunda aplicación foliar con Spider boom 3ml/l para prevenir posibles plagas de araña roja. Todo y habiendo unas temperaturas en el exterior de 0ºC en el interior se está bastante bién. 😋 Así de primeras diria que esta luminaria me parece de lo mejorcito que he tenido nunca, reparte la luz como ninguna otra penetrando mucho mejor. Otra es la comodidad para bajar o subir la potencia y la posibilidad de añadirle un controlador que monitorea la temperatura de la sala de cultivo, el fotoperiodo y la intensidad, así como la atenuación de potencia. Esta semana cansado de ir bajando o subiendo la potencia del extractor durante todo el año he decidido probar un SMSCom Smart Controller. De esta manera espero no sufrir tanto por las subidas ni por las bajadas de temperatura. Muchas veces son las que por A o por B descuido el interior y casulamente son los dias que el tiempo cambia repentinamente. Un primer foliar con Delta9 para que se pongan fuertes para lo que les viene.

Flower week 5. Packing on weight!

Hi Growmies, So far she is developing very nicely. Had someone from the community suggest plant success orca and Rezin to me, sp these were added for the next weeks feed to prepare the pre flower. The roots have started to nest themselves right above the airstone. As of now I think I’ll give her two more weeks and then flip her, as she is stretching a bit slower than I thought she would. This was my 1st photoperiod grow on growdiaries and I'm glad I tried these Fast flowering photoperiods for it. Big thanks to Heather and the Fastbuds team. I haven't managed to try the Tropicana Cookies auto yet so this photoperiod fast version was definitely a new adventure. She grew more squat and bushier then i was expecting and her shape really did remind me of pineapple express. To be honest she was great to grow. Because this grow was going so good I decided to switch back to photoperiods for the next few grows i just wish i had left her in veg for 1 more week. Harvest GDG16 Wedding cheesecake FF=35g+20g larf Tropicana Cookies FF=42g+10g larf Gorilla Cookies FF=59g+5g larf Total weight, decent buds=136g Total weight larf=35g Light power Total= 200.43Kw 18hrs for 28 days = 504hrs 12hrs for 67 days = 804hrs Total hours for lights= 1308hrs 200.43÷1308=0.153Kw/hr average. Aug 9: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. She was slower starting than her wagon partner Sunday Punch EV, but she is liking the warmer weather. Got UV led lights from AC Infinity going today. These are designed for indoor so I can only put them out on nice weather days. Did this last year and seems to work. The UV lights make Edmonton in the fall feel more like California in the summer, or at least that’s the idea. UV is critical for trichome production so it’s a good way to boost THC percentage. Aug 14: rainy the last few days. Mimosa Shot likes to be a bit warmer. It was slower getting going in the spring, and now it seems to be suffering from a P deficiency. Reddish petioles, and a blueish tint to the leaves. She has received Power Bloom and barley just like the other plants, but still seemed to be lacking something. Ed Rosenthal’s Grower’s Handbook says P deficiency can be due to cold weather. Decided to try and dissolve 0.5 tsp of Power Bloom in 1 L of warm water to use as a high P foliar spray. As always, used a bit of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap as a surfactant, and apple cider vinegar to adjust pH. Power Bloom mostly dissolved but with some undissolved. Unfortunately I don’t have a working TDS or EC meter. Not sure how strong it was so just sprayed a bit on the fan leaves.
