Plants look great, was hoping for more of a stretch last week but still fairly happy with the plants. Day 36 - I’ll be adding a seed sprout tea this week(awaiting germination) with malted barley and corn. I’m chasing after the amino acids that will increase nutrient uptake as well make my plants more tolerant to environmental stress as I cannot fully control my heat and humidity. As per my humidity pic on 36 - there was a massive mountain fire in my city that raged out of control and burned a few establishments, houses and part of a University. My humidity remained 30-37 all. I wonder if that was the effect of the fire. Day 37 - Fire has been successfully put out by this morning and humidity is back to where it needs to be. The plants look great today although of heat and low humidity of yesterday. Seems like the very resilient now and will be pushing the plants here on out Gave the plants a light water (500ml with full kelphos dose(2.5ml per 500ml) today as with the heat and how thirsty they are, I’m sure they will be ready for another water tomorrow. hoping the barley seeds sprout overnight for a lovely 420 treat for the girls tomorrow. Really excited by about LP#1 which has about 7-8 tops - my money is on this plant to be the top yielded of my tent🎰 Day 38 - humidity and temp is perfect 29* high and an average humidity of 48-50. Fed my plants a Seed Sprout Tea with recipe below. 1. Rinse and washed seeds (barely and corn) 2. Place in a paper towel after 24 hour soak in dechlorinated water. 3. Store in a warm dark area for germination. 4. Once germinated, blended up and diluted in water for final product. I added 1 part SST, 9 parts water Day 39 - plants have responded well to SST, and humidity climbing to high 50s, tough to regulate humidity without any AC and humidifier but hopefully with the amino acids I have just fed the girls, the nutrient uptake will remain optimal. White residue- it was only found in areas where water could be stored on leaves eg. Where stem meets leaf, in the center of the leaves and came off very easy with a light dry rub even. I removed the leaves anyway in case of a fungi problem such as Powdery Mildew Day 40 - plants responded well to SST and continuing to stretch. The buds look amazing and only in 2 week flower. These fastbuds continues to amaze me Happy Earth Day to all organic growers out there🌍 Day 41 - adjusted the plants to make more room for them to grow. The strawberry pie in the top right was late to surface to about 2-3 days but starting to fill out now

I was in a hurry to harvest because of the aphids. All buds was washed and finally the affected buds were throw away. The smoke is smooth and nice. im happy of the 82gr

Overall i am satisfied with this strain and I do plan on buying more seeds from Barney’s farm. Very strong and stable genetics I highly recommend this strain to experienced growers as well as newbies. Very easy to grow and a great smoke.0

Another great week of bud growth and terpenes production. Think I'll be finished half was through week 9, or at the end of week 9. So far no signs of any hermaphrodite traits. Wish I started flower with a little less light intensity, as I feel that's caused the buds near the top to slightly fox tail, as the ones lower down look abit of a better shape, although smaller.

Update: Day 1 of week 11 - Thursday 29th October I am soooooo fucking pissed! I don’t know whether watering the girls from the bottom has made the girls more thirsty or just that they are generally more thirsty due to needing more Nutes during flower but one of the ladies has wilted quite terribly. The other girls seem ok, slightly more thirsty and the leaves slightly droop a little more than usual at feeding time but one girl has defo been through the thirst wars.. She’s bounced back after a good water but the buds looks shrivelled and feeling very sorry for them selves. I’m not sure she will be as good a smoke now if she makes it at all.. Other than that moved the LED up slightly more to keep a good distance between the light and the girls.. I really haven’t got anymore space now so fingers crossed this all works! Super vex this has happened in the final weeks. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 11 - Friday 30th Oct The wilted lady has made a great recovery but the buds still seem a little dishevelled. But considering what’s happened to her I’m happy so far.. Welcome: thanks for dropping by. Drop a like so I know you came so I can view your diaries, if you what to of course. Was able to go full steam ahead with this 1. And apply the 3 recommend nutrients to be used for seedlings. La Calavera is the exact same formula as Voodoo Juice. How can this be you ask..(As it would be copyright), well it would be if it wasn't for the fact that these ppl, (Terra Power), are the ones who own and hold the pattens to voodoo juice, tarantula and Piranha, which made AN famous. They decided to break away and all the formulas they made for AN over the years they taken 90% of them and used modern day research with autos/ruderails in mind. Their base nutes alone will blow you away. Have a look at their claims. Led-grower.eu/terra-power/. As for the plant, new strain, new nutes, new whole entire set up with a 90% controlled environment, I say 90% cause I'm waiting to get the air exchange and AC installed in my grow room. Soon it'll be 100% be able to bring temp up as high as 28c and as low as 17c. Atm I can control RH. I can bring it up to 70 by just closing my door/tent windows and then by adding a damp towel and after a few days of the grow room door closed the RH will go up to 70+% and I'll only open the door every couple hours to swap out air until my air exchanger is installed. I can get the RH as low as 35% with a full tent 30 with 1 or 2 plants. So, hoping this time I can grow top A grade bud, as the last stuff was nice my 1st harvest was C grade weed. Was still half decent though. The others were B grade for sure. Hoping this time with the money I'm going to be putting in electricity it's goman be A grade. As I'll be looking at nearly 1kwh every 2hrs. That's 7e a day when the dehuimifier will be running when in flower. But as I'm vegging everything in a 70x70 with 1 light I'll get 4-5 wks for only having to pay 80cents a day. And I'll have great high RH. And as soon as some start to flower they'll be put in the 150x150 and I'll bring the RH in the room down but it'll still stay high in the 70x70 once I have the windows sealed up. If I can't get the RH below 45-55% for pre flower I'll have lots of room in the 150x150 to put the dehumidifier in and bring down the tents RH while keeping the Rooms RH high for the small tent. I'll just run the intake fan for the 150x150 from outside the grow room up in to the attic which the RH is 50% so air intake from the room will be too high for the big tent to use. 30/4/22 Veg started: first signs of life popped up today. Going to keep em on root stims and enzymes for now. Haven't fed since planted so will water with .1 300ppm today. All the EC comes from La Sirena. Makes Will just sit back for now and let em do their thing hopefully in 48hrs will have some leafs or shell pushing up. She's growing straight up. So for now, it's just watching for any signs, (such as browning of the stem, bent stems and any early on diseases if any will hamper the plants formation of her 1st 2 fan leafs. You wanna see them no later than 24-48hrs after she pops her head up out of the ground). 1/5/22 VD 2 really at to coming on. Went from .5 to nearly 3cm. 4/5/22 Growing really well. Her first 3 days she put on 7cm her 3rd she put on 4cm of them 7. She hasn't grown up today but her face has filled out, another 2 days I reckon before she splits. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much in the high temps as they'll be in a sealed tent for 18hrs in 30-32c I'll have the dehuimifier in the sealed tent and will be set at 45% And will keep it in that range for all of pre flower and then I'll put it back on to negative pressure environment 21c in the dark window and after all plants come out of pre flower Co2 will be left in the tent but will be useless without a sealed tent/grow room. Day 37 - Everything looks good.... they are drinking so much.... i built a bit more stable light setup, and i'll need to buy afew more plugs and stuff, to fill it out ...... i organised all the 2700k globes, ready to swap in..... still waiting on the exhaust fan, so i'll keep em in "grow" mode another week or 2 .... i'm vaping a leaf or 2, and drinking "green tea hot chocolates" .... it is so delicious in hot chocolate .... my health has picked up since starting the vape/drinks... the 21 thc/19 cbd is supa healthy ... Day 38 - Getting them ready for Flower, noticed they are lacking in nutrients, so i started em on the heavier dutch master gold flower nutrients. Day 40 - Added some pics. (they look droopy because they in night mode, just turned on lights for pic) - Started them on 12/12 flower, still working on getting all the lights, gear, and globes, for the right spectrum and amount of light.... atm got - 7x 2700k (click) , 2x 6400k (osram), + 60w light panel .... i'll go get some more gear today and hope to expand it to 10x 2700k , 2x 6400k ...... I put the exhaust filter fan on seperate power, so it doesn't go on/off with the timer, but stays on all the time.... it totally fixed up any odour problems, haha ....... Added some different pics for my light spectrum ... etc..... the outside winter temp is now at 40-60oF (5-15oC) so with the 12/12h, the temp inside the tent is dropping to 60-80oF (18-22oC), abit low, but flowering is supposed to be in winter, so idk, see how it goes..... I'm new to growing, so idk how this will work out....... just working it as i go.... i noticed afew spots on a leaf, so i upped the neuts abit more, they are still drinking like fish, huge amounts.... Day 40 late - new vids - Got the extra gear and installed it all... redesigned the initial setup, refined it with proper measurements, had to get my steel rule out, lol....... got the 12 leds in and running, 10x 2700k clicks, and 2x 6400k osrams, with the panel..... it's lookin beautiful and got the exhaust on 24 hrs now, all working perfect with 12/12 timer.... they are forming a few spots on leaves, so hammering the nute water into them now... they are drinkin 1-2 litre of nute water a day each.... (nute water = Dutch mater gold one grow/flower, 800-1000 ppm 6 PH) 😎 Some details about lights.... i did some maths on it, and included some handy pics..... because i'm using cheap leds, i'm keeping the distance at 25cm, they are leds so they won't burn, and it massively increases the lumens/lux/Par, and with my home built light setup, the leds are spread out enough to keep it lower.... worked out good..... something of note is that all the led globes are built/made in china... however different marketing/selling companies from around the world... and the german osrams are 1w leds ... by far the most superior, but anyone can design and send the requirements to china to build em, haha) it's not a contest, we all work together.... haha.... the person with the best led light globes gets my business, because i want the best for my babies.... :) (let me explain- 1w led vs 0.5 w led, the watt of the led projects the light, lumens, LX/PAR etc much further the higher the watt of the led....my 600w panel has 0.5w leds, the philips has 0.75, the osrams have 1w leds..... ) each globe philips (dutch)- 10.5w internal - 14 leds 0.75w 1055 lumens each globe osram (german)- 10.5w internal - 10 leds 1w 1080 lumens each globe click (cheap)- 9w internal - 16 leds 0.56w 800 lumens light panel - 70w - 600w 30 red - 8 red 12 blue - 8 white 7500k 1 ir - 1 uv = 20x blue 6400k - 38x red 2700k internal - 60 double leds - 120x0.5w 6000 lm

The second week everything is going alright

This was a beautiful strain to grow! Easy and very resilient to everything. One of these strains you can plant and walk away and know that it’s doing it’s thing pretty much regardless of it’s environment. I got a very decent yield off of it as well at 5.8oz dried. I grew it along side 3 other Ayahuasca Purple plants in the same tent/reservoir system and the other 3 were a flop compared to this girl. I was starting a new job mid way through flowering so I was away for a week and not blaming anyone else’s mistakes but when I came back my ppm was through the roof @2000+ppm. The Alien Tech didn’t even break stride, not so lucky with the “nutrient sensitive” Ayahuasca Purple though. Lol This was my first time growing from this breeder(Prism Seeds) and I have to say I’m very impressed. This was a freebie seeds and I think I will try them out again for sure. Cheers 💨

The buds are very tight, but they didn't grow large colas so that means wasted time trimming cannabis, which I am not a huge fan of. I will not be growing this strain again, as I believe there are far better breeders and strains out there. I will continue to seek out the best breeders and strains until I am satisfied. I believe this Auto will yield in the 16-22 Ounce range dry, so I am not super disappointed, but I know I can do much better than this. After 6 days of drying, it took me around 7 hours to trim this auto, and she ended up yielding 16.72 Ounces. So she was definitely on the lower end of the spectrum from what I estimated on chop day, but still in the range. The buds are very tight, and smell like like cheese. I am only running one mature auto at a time now, so next up will be the Acid Dough from Ripper Seeds. I hope everyone has a great rest of your weekend, stay safe and Blaze On!!
