Hey guys! Here's the 3rd week of flower! 😻 This week I trimmed my babies (just a little, about 8 leaves or less each plant). Some leaves were healthy but were blocking a lot of light from the flowers and tucking them wasn't doing the job anymore. Besides that Boomer stretched out a lot (which also worried me as I didn't want my babies to go wild on me. I LSTed some of them hoping that would fix the issue). Where I live has been getting somewhat cold at night and I fear that might be doing something to my babies (I hope to be wrong). Besides that the flowers are getting bigger everyday and some are even starting to show some trichomes (I think looks cute!). The pistils are also getting bigger and the smell is stronger now (it was already strong). Near the end of the week I saw Falco's leaves were getting yellow and I suspect it is nitrogen deficiency... and what's causing it is probably some residues at the end of the pot (so I might need to flush her) or maybe I just need to feed her more nutes). Keep in mind she used to be quite small during veg and only in the end she grew enough to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Maybe she's just special? I had turned the light up to 75% last week and they def started showing signs of light stress, I turned it to about 70% but they don’t seem any less stressed, I think the tops are just too close to be honest. Not sure if I should go back to 75%. Other than that they seem incredibly happy. They pray every day even with the curled tips. I ordered some overdrive which should arrive just in time for when it’s supposed to used, going to defoliate tonight anything under the trellis I think.

Alright, so I applied some mykos on all of the BanDads, photos and autos alike. Just poured some at the base of each plant and gently rustled the soil to get it mixed in at root level. Then gave them all a nice blast of nutes for the first time. I'll be upping the dosage with the Liquid Seaweed next week. Loving how sturdy they all are already! I can tell this is going to be a lovely run for sure. You may have noticed I also added a Dos-si-dos and ChemP Auto into the tent as well. Just wanted to get them both started before sending em outside for spring 😊 Cheers all and happy growing 🎆😊

Organization was the word for the week. I organized the leaves on Daphni by cutting some old fan leaves and low level leaves. I organized my CO2 injection procedure. CO2 tank to REGULATOR thru SOLENOID connected to TIMER every two hours with lights on. I also organized the power strip in the back with cable ties and sleeves. Finally I had to organize my way out of a FUBAR situation when the oxigenating device in the RainForest 66 Reservoir stopped working. I will have some words to say to Katie in customer service for sure. I got a standard oxiginator and a disk shaped air stone and use that now to keep the water healthy. Daphni is staring to bud more on the lower nodes and the progress so far looks good. Knock on wood. Since i turn the exhaust fan off when CO2 is injected i dont really need the heater so I took it out. Have a great week.

I'm happy with that.* My second Purple haze auto from sensible seeds and again very happy with the plant. I have so many more strains to try, so I may never grow one again, but if I could only grow one strain again, from my short experience this girl would be the one for me. I could have harvested this girl a few weeks ago but I thought I would risk a few more weeks to see how her buds developed. I certainly made the right choice in doing so as these buds just got fatter and fatter. I trained her with a mixture of lst and the now traditional for me super cropping. I have had a shape her due to limited space in the grow cupboard to a more rectangular shape maximise the canopy size for the light. I have shown this in a video on my Bruce Banner #3 diary as Mrs B is being shaped. My biggest buds to date without a doubt. Hitting 200g wet with stems my fingers were aching holding the stems while trimming so they were very bud heavy. probably 50cm tall max from soil to top bud and a canopy space of around 60cm x 40cm available to her. Grown under 3 x £1 / €1 / $1 Standard shop bought LED bulbs (cool white and warm) around 10w each converted..... ...Sorry light companies... I think this a good yield and a proud growing moment personally. I do often say that I will update when I have a dry weight but I don't honestly think I have yet. We're starting to make some progress, leaves are looking good. Gaining some decent height, not too much. I'm probably going to top her, so I'm keeping an eye on the optimal time to do that. Was going to try and do some LST clips the first week but ended up breaking the main stem of the one of the Critical girls and just said screw it, I’m gonna top then all now. Did a feeding (2 gallons total) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio. 12 hours after topping/feeding and they are all recovering nicely. Did a second feeding (2 gallons) of 1-5-1-3 with CalMag and the GH Trio midweek. So far no signs of nutrient lock or burnt tips. Couldn’t get home to do a third feeding. Going to be keeping the girls in veg for another week or two.
