Well, these girls are well on their way into bloom. They are really stacking it on since the addition of the worm castings. I strongly suggest everyone use worm castings in your soil mixes, even if you are using salt-based nutrients.

Weekly update: August 6th Looking great, major spurt of growth on both girls, #1 (sativa leaning girl) had major final stretch to end off stretch in 3 days (hopefully). And #2 (stockier indica leaning pheno) has had a big increase in flower size in 3 days which is promising, and is also producing a very sweet and tropical fruity gas smell, this is TCP after all! Oh yea and I’m running about 1700 center 500 outer ppfd and tapering down if I see anything but nothing so far all good nice genetics, may drop in the next week even if no signs or symptoms, to prevent and not be too greedy. Now for the not so good… been getting 10% runoff almost every feed, but my runoff of #1 was 3500ppm and pH 4.5 and #2 at 5000ppm and pH 4.5. Been giving around 850 ppm input at pH 6.0, never went over 1000ppm input. So I have to correct with 25% increase in feed volume, 300-400ppm input at pH 7.0 for what I infer to be 2-3 feeds until runoff ppm is significantly lower, and pH is at least 5.5. UPDATE Aug 8: To address the toxic/locked-out root-zone I did a regular feed with runoff (1.5 gal total volume per pot @ 820ppm bloom focus), runoff consisted of pH 4.2-4.5 and 4000-6000ppm... OUCH. I then fertigated with 0.5 gal plain pH 6.5-7 dechlorinated tap water each. I repeated this a total of 3 times, to which the last flush had 3 ml/gal cal-mag. final runoff ppm @ 1000-2000, pH 5.3-5.5. To conclude, I more than likely wasn't achieving enough runoff per scheduled feed, and did not cycle a few plain pH adjusted waterings. I had almost the same thing happen last run with autos, except they were showing signs of lockout, these photo girls are not. I must do a regular watering every 3 feeds, achieve 20% runoff with high ppm feeds, and 15% runoff at least with mild to moderate ppm's. Lesson learned, I hope I get a full run in the future without hiccups like this. UPDATE Aug 9: Big thanks to @00110001001001111O for suggesting i omit the light hanger and hang from the carabiner, I thought I was out of vertical space until this was pointed out. Seemed like a good point to flower... i put a ton of slack in the ties in preparation for the stretch, i'm hoping the small split will close during this time ...gave first splash of bloom nutes with a small dash of cal-mag to be proactive ... i think she'll finish with a beautiful shape :)

This particular one requires a fair bit of attention with defol but certainly worth the effort, she’s dripping with resin already. Added an extra fan to keep air moving over and humidity down . Same same next week

Start of 3rd week of flowering looking good. Pollinated last week with some feminized Black Jack Auto pollen. Will make for a nice feminized hybrid. Great 3rd week of flowering.

Looking great in here. Although had a bit of an insect scare but hopefully under control. But the planted are easing into flower nicely and sites available for flower are slowly covering up with pistils. Progress is good. Mammoth p being added to the mix every 3 or 4 days. It’s my first run using mammoth p but I’ve read good things about it. The potg and one of the PMs are currently battling for number one spot in the tent with the gelatos. The Cherry and other PM aren’t far behind😍😍😬 Update..... all of them just racing now, out and up looking super healthy and super happy. They will also get a little more room to grow in the next couple of days but alas upwards can go no more so I’ll give all the girls decision within the next two days also. This stuff if you’re unfamiliar with it, encourages the plant to stop all vegetative growth immediately and simply focus its powers on flower development. I’ve read good things about it but haven’t used it personally before. Decision idea shelved but 1 purple Majik and the POG are growing talllll. I’ve managed to give each plant a little extra space to grow and allowed better light coverage across all plants. A wee bit of bending may be needed but let’s hope not, I do hate breaking these poor girls necks😱😢 The girls responding well to new set up canopy is looking full and healthy the CG in particular is making a great show fast, not to Say that the PM aren’t moving quickly too, they are 😍😍😍. I think once the POTG has decided to quit stretching it’s also really going to fill out. But all in all great. Very happy with everything in there. Current favourite, and the shortest, is the Cherry Garseeya, she just way cool.

So I had to run out and get cal mag this grow because as you can see they needed it. I would have bought it sooner but my kids come before me and my grow room and just couldn't afford it at the time luckily this flower time is a longer time for this strain and needs to run almost 11 weeks gonna depend on when they tell me there ready but but late then never I hope and I will make sure to flush properly at the end. Overall happy with everything else so far and have a lot to learn still. I won't complain for my first grow ever. Excited about my other grow tho.

Happy this seed was successful to germinate! This is an organic run with Green Gro in Ocean Forest. Trying some new air pots at my local grow shop, $7 vs $30. Nothing exciting yet. Looking forward to sharing the progress.

This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition.
