Dark green color trichomes are starting to form on her buds and leaves and she's starting to fill in you can see the white hairs and start off little buds on her. She is doing great outside!! Sometimes you really can sit back and enjoy the fruits of your Labors and just enjoy watching them Bud... 5/17/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Flower (Day 104 overall) Ground Hogs Day! 5/18/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Flower (Day 105 overall) Ground Hogs Day! Just let them grow and enjoying the fruits of my work upfront. I am keeping an eye on the Humidity. It was at 68 today I am currently running 2 dehumidifiers in the tent so will just keep a close eye on it. 5/19/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Flower (Day 106 overall) I found a couple Sucker buds trying to form so I plucked them out of existence. Since I am changing the water today I decided to do some heavy defoliation and make sure I take a really good swipe at all the sucker buds lower than the first net forming. ONE HECK OF A RIDE IT WAS ! There is nothing for me to not love about growing these Fosters.The yield was generous and the buds pack a nice bag appeal with density and lots of aroma and an absolutely pleasent flavour of sweet creamy vanilla with coffe and caramel flavour notes here and there. As for now i am sticking to growing these crazy strains i've got my hands on from @Snesia_Seeds and would ove to thank them for all the support given troughout my grows with their awesome genetics ! KEEP IT UP GUYS as you bring us some of the most stable strains i personaly have ever witnesed from a seedbank😍 That my friends is a trait not many seedbanks have ! Plant has been getting straight pH balanced water this last week and minimal nutes. It is showing some slight nute burn so I let off a bit and raised the light canopy about 6”. I discovered that what I thought was a calcium or potassium deficiency was actually a rookie grower error by me. I have an RO system that I use to water all my strains in the grow room including this one, but when adding nutes to the water, it takes too long so I had been filling them up with well water. When I had originally tested the well water, I must had used a faulty testing agent as after testing it this last week, I was showing a pH of 7.5 vs. my RO of 6.2. Thus, every time I was adding nutes (multiple times a week) I was significantly fluctuating the pH between regular feedings and nutrient additions. To make matters worse, when I originally thought it was nute burn, I flushed each plant with well water and likely caused additional stress. Anyway, I have since learned that the well water needs to be treated, I only utilize RO water the last few days and plan to do so over this next week. Also, I have turned off the CO2 system as I was starting to see signs of heat stress on a couple of the strains (not this one). The literature I have reviewed suggested that these strains might be able to handle heat closer to 90F but it was also causing issues with high humidity so when I added a dehumidifier, it pushed the day temp to between 90-92F and the overnight temps were not getting low enough (maybe 85F or so). Maybe I could leave out the dehumidifier, but I was getting rH of 70% and didn’t want to risk any bud rot or mildew growth. So for now, I have turned off the CO2 and am getting high temps of 81F with 60% humidity and overnight temps of 74F and 50% humidity. The Future #1 has shown the least signs of stress and is fattening up its buds very nicely. Over the next few weeks I will start monitoring the trichomes for a nice milky color for harvesting.

What’s up Growmie’s!? New grow, new genetics Truffle Treats by BeLeaf. It’s been busy, I’ve had a few grows going at the same time, and it’s getting hard to keep up, but this Grow deserves to be documented, if the pheno is there, they should be FROSTY ☃️ Started by soaking 4 beans in a glass of distillled water with a shot of hydrogen peroxide for about 6 hours. Once soaked, I planted directly into starter pots and placed humidity domes to increase the RH. Temps were set to about 78 degrees and RH was hovering near 75% or more. It took 36 hours after planting for me to see the first sprouts, and throughout the day they all popped up.

5/14- Future #1 buds are continuing to fatten up. Some of the top bud leaves look like they might be getting some light damage but will continue to monitor in case I need to dial it back a bit. Otherwise, continue to feed balanced pH water and limited nutes.

Plant #1 had some heat related curling of leaves as well as some of the lower leaves showing impact of the pH fluctuations. My hope is we will be steady until harvest. Plant #2 has shown the least signs of stress and is fattening up its buds very nicely. Late in the week, some of the leaves started turning brown from the pH issue but my hope is that with RO water only, we will be on the right track. Over the next few weeks I will start monitoring the trichomes for a nice milky color for harvesting.

5/14 - Coming along well. No noticeable changes to the leaves that seemed impacted by the heat. Still working through the pH damage but seem to have a good line on it and doesn't seem to be continuing to affect the buds. The strain with the purple buds (Plant #1) still continues to fatten up and is only keeping the purple color within the bud and not much on the leaves. The other is really getting some fat buds - much fatter than the purple strain. Noticing some slight foxtail on the bud closest to the light, so I might raise the light and dial back the intensity some if need be.

5/14- Buds are getting fat - some are starting to droop. The Calcium issue is resolved and feeding pH balanced water and not switching with well seems to have helped. Hopefully we can stay stead to harvest. Noticing some light burn so will have to potentially keep an eye on dialing back the lights a bit.

So far these plants have shown nothing but resilience and a will to grow I have put quite a bit of effort in but I’m sure I’m lacking in one or two spots but you would never be able to tell by the Look at the plants they seem quite happy and they are relatively patient with a new grower lol

Then vaped, smoked and put back in the jar for 4-8 more weeks. (SADLY, I DELETED THE PICS LAST NIGHT. AFTER UPLOADING TO A NEW 3 WK, WK, AND PAUSED IT. CAME BACK LATR AND STARTED UPDATE ON ANOTHER, WIPING AWAY 3 WKS OF PICS...GRRRRRR Roughly 105-110 days. 55-60 Days in flower. WEEKS 13-14-15 Days was harvested. Noticed a lot of dead leafs in-between the buds. Pult it back to start pulling it out. And was covered in fuzz. The Pure Zym had started degrading the dead leafs that she threw off last wk when she turned yellow. And, the smell she look of rot. So, had to go thru everything. In total 3 of the biggest buds had to be stripped, opened and cut out the rot. (Thankfully I know what to look for) so, 98-99% of it was fine. Just 3 big ass buds,,(semi colas) so so dense. And yeah. I was running her in co2 with 70+ RH with temps pushing 30c but, even in her last week of fattening she took to co2 so a bat outta hell. HARVESTED METHODS Pult and was checking her trichomes. 90-95% cloudy. And was pulling dead leafs and noticed fuzz. Harvested ASAP. She was already on water for a wk. So I stripped, checked, cleaned out the dead leaves, and de-stemed and hung on my 8 tier net Drier. Was amazed when going through her bud, removing dead leaf after dead leaf from within the buds,( BTW, was very satisfying. Was like I was 15 again in wood class pulling wood glue from my hand while the teacher driveled on. 'Memories) anyways, I digress. So, she's hung, far from ideal temperature. 21.5-19c. So, she'll dry fast. Thankfully she was heavily fed on water all week. I did flush the soil to check the ppm was 290 bit higher than I'd like. Its why I soft flush for 10-14 days. But, I panicked. And stripped her. Delighted I lost very little. Video above to what I cut out, and some of the buds. So dense Lights SP/FC 3000 SP 3000 was used from start to 2/3rds thru fattening phase. Then the FC 3000 was used with co2. Buds exploded. THANKS TO PURE INSTINTO FOR THEIR SEEDS TO TEST. And also big thanks to mars-hydro for allowing me to test their lights.
