Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. Week 5 of flowering,two more weeks till harvest. She smells strong but not sticky like some strains,there are a lot of trichomes,some of them are milky, so i decided to flush.

This week I transplanted the clones of the first plants in flower.( 1 gallon container ) I also finished the final defoliation of the six bigger plants in veg before they get moved into a 11/13 light cycle (about 2 weeks). Pheno #2 at the moment is my favorite. All though it’s the smallest plant it has an amazing pheno that smells like blueberry gummy bears. The rest are showing strong cheese tones with hints of berries.

They were showing signs of Ca and Mg deficiencies and I increased my CalMg additive at 350ppm before I add my base nutrients. They seem to love it.

6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

I decided not to flush her, since I mixed her last food too strong and ended up with lots of leftover. She's also my only plant blooming at the moment, so I'll just keep using the leftover prepared water to top her buckets until she's done. ;) ----- The leaves turning yellow tell me I need to get ready to harvest her, probably this weekend. I'm sure I could do it already, but I'm really pushing for a couchlock...

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

Growing like a weed. Light burn mid veg, due to ph meter broken. Quickly recovered after flush. No issues since. Day 14, lowering nitrogen tomorrow. Slowly raising her ph a wee bit, she doesn’t seem to mind. 7 out of 8 seem to be on the same pace, one is a little slower. All plants, aside from color, look the same genetically. Rare to have a bag of seeds with the exact same plants. Good job Grower’s Choice. Still no pollen sacs on sprayed branches.

This is really the day when I am cutting the plants down. I don't want to fill out the harvest section until I have all the info needed to do it. I find the way it is set up on here to be kind of silly... Today is day 95 since these girls popped and stuck their heads out of the soil. I'm blown away with the size of these plants considering their age. I'm going to contribute the majority of this success to the CO2 gas I use. I filled out my tank 4 times for a total of 100 dollars .. the 4th tank I bought is still full and I'll be able to use it on my next grow. These buds and colas are extremely dense and packed with resin. They are giving off a really deep and complex smell. Kind of like a fruity earth mixed with skunk. I plan on drying at temperatures between 62 and 68 deg. fahrenheit with humidity about 55%. Once the smaller branches snap completely and the buds don't come off 'stringy' then I will move on to the next step of curing. For this I use Grove bags and boveda humidity packs (62% RH). I'm expecting at least 8 oz off of each plant and I do intend to press some with my resin press

It's coming to the end at a rapid rate, she shows some violet shade, trichomes are milky and about 10% brown. So I will harvest this doctor, tomorrow. I have made splitting 3 days ago Here is day 56 of flowering

Using the toilet with a 16 watt led new veg station the kings kush failed so av got Orange sherbet n do si dos 33 germination planted last night in peat pellet better Fukin sprout 🌱 av been flushing over past week and gave a good n proper flush today I will leave them in the tent for maybe two weeks ten days to try get the best results a can get a took one down early wasent dried properly but of a waste to be honest but was still about 2 oz dry and av left some foliage n a couple of buds so I can see if it will start growing new leaves am in no rush a just want tae see it so week ten days on twelve n twelve then am Goni fill the tent ⛺️ and put a scrog in prepare for things to get messy as I will hav 5 different strains and monster cropped clones so this should be interesting stay tuned @chedderbob112
