Finally got myself a dehumidifier, now i can controll the humidity in my room because it often went above 60% 🤷‍♂️🏻 Also love how the big northern light is really packing some weight! & the buds on the bottom look as good as the ones more on top!! Can’t wait till i can harvest all of em😁

Que monstruo! Y aún le queda por engordar bastante! Le quedará diría que un mes para el corte pero joooder que monstruo! Jajajajaja los cogollos laterales son como las copas de las otras mas pequeñas jajajaja y el olor! Huele fuertisimo! Además el olor es literalmente un concentrado de frutas y azucar a partes iguales, olor suuuuuuper frutal y suuuuper dulce, no huele a cannabis! Me preocupa el amarillenteo de las hojas dado que con el tema fertis he procurado ir siempre justito y aparentemente me quede un poco corto en un par de riegos pero bueno, ya aparentemente está bien la planta, aunque nunca mostró estres directamente, y ahí va, bien alimentada, que debido a eso, la voy a seguir fertilizando esta semana y ya la siguiente se acabo, solo agua y a chupar de las hojas.

Week 07 and the heat wave is behind us. Didn’t update last week but not much to report. Some serious damage was a result of the heat, causing the lights and everything else to become too much for the girls. #2 took it the best and is still growing nicely packing on weight and some serious frost! Finishing much faster then the others. I might re veg her the smell is so nice. The two larger #1 & 4 have been hungry forever awhile and I never applied anymore Gaia:(

Day 29. Girls grow slow, but most important .... Could be i overwatered with 2.5 liters of water or i stonly watered them twice ;))) Girls didnt drop pot weight till day 31, on days 32 morning ill do new round of lst. Will feed them hard, will defoliate all bigger old leaves which are covering new grow, plants are strong enough to take pain now ;))) Its sad situation a bit, i got flue and with that corona madness my mood was very down and i didnt work with plants at all, anyway, they made to that stage where harm can be done and its time. Gorillas looks okeish even without work, really good strain at least for now. Cookies are very picky, its hardest to veg strain from all i ever tried, lets see, maybe food and heavy training will make them fit ;) Day 32. Girls are finaly light, so heavy training and huge feeding. I dont know what hapend, but they refused to drink for 8 days almost, one cookie has obvious sighns of overwatering and if to be honest all cookies are crap, gorillas grow amazing, especially self toped one, she made natural mainlining and covers space perfectly. Guess in next 2-3 days they will blast off, but i cant feed silica till more branches will grow up, cookies too small, lets wait and see... Day 33. Girls loved food, plenty new grow, all tops are facing sun again , they will bush up in next few days. Next watering - silica and cal mag and next after - fish mix. Day 34. Girls are drinking again, so i gave 1ml/l fishmix. Cookies show strange colours and on fresh grow you can see cal mag def. Next feed will give them extra, normaly TopMax should be enough... I dont like Cookies genetics so much, that i planted last 5th bean ;)) Want to check two things : 1. Are my lights strong to grow something not under direct light 2. Are those Cookies such crap, that i should never try any seeds from RQS. I planted 4 new girls, no work,no top - nothing will be done to them. Hope to see last Cookie bean growing beter than almost two years old Incredible Bulk x2 and last StrawberyCough bagseed bean, otherwise its sad quality for such big house. Cant find why all 4 Cookies grow so slow compaired to all 4 perfect Gorillas. Was using new worm castings, too ritch ?? maybe thats the answer in test grow i put pure BIOBIZZ AllMix soil, nothing extra. Had to top one Cookie, new grow was all damaged and didnt want to develop, will harm them even harder next time before silica and cal mag, which i thought not to use in this run ... Lets see .... Week 2 flowering for the girls! We already see the streching, some plants are a little smaller but i will put a support under the pot if they continue smaller, we want to have a quite even canopy. We also removed some lower branches.

We have made it to the end of Week 6. Conditions in the tent have improved DRAMATICALLY. The heat wave has finally passed and the temperature has finally leveled out. Not only that, the super weird monsoon weather that we were having has also passed and now the humidity is not rising above 60%. This turn for the best is really showing and also fixing the pH problem I had also probably helped a lot. Going to push the PPM a little more this week, between 750-850 The color of the buds is really coming through now, especially in the pineapple express and zkittles. The melonsicle seems to be growing much more like a traditional sativa. I feel it's about a week behind schedule with the rest of the plants. It seems to be on a true 9 or 10 week tract at this point. I think the blue gelato is going to be a bust in terms of yield. It just got heavily over shadowed by the other three plants from the beginning. It has stayed quite small and I am not sure it will yield heavily. Hopefully the smoke is quality and I will be impressed enough with my first Barney's Farm experience to try again.

I am honestly blown away with how amazing all 3 plants done! I didn’t really have any deficiencies or issues with any of them the entire grow & it really shows in the quality & weight these ladies put off! Seedlings are struggling. My guess is it's from over watering substrate with vermiculite in it but I'm not 100% sure. I've been fairly moderate with water. If they were in regular potting mix this amount of water would have been okay. Next time I'll start them in plain potting soil. I also thought that maybe there was a nutrient shortage because I'm using 25% coco coir but actually this seems unlikely. In any case I put a bit of extra soil on top of the pots. Despite the browning off this week the stems are still really strong. I'm still confident they will recover and just need time. The temperature fluctuations of the last week might have had a negative effect.

Found some fungus growing on the top soil then also started seeing it on the bottoms of the fabric pots. Definetely think its from over watering them last week. Dealing with fungus gnats with some house plants in my living room so I sprinkled ceylon cinnamon on the top soil to act as an organic fungicide and attempt to prevent a fungus gnat infestation. Will be letting the soil dry out a good amount before next watering.

Fastest growth in a week I've ever seen in any type of grow setup. Very excited to see what the next few weeks of Veg bring on!

Everything seems to turn around this week. My grow didn't go well and also a lot going on in our lives. That's why it took a while for the diary to get back on track. Sometimes all we need is some good news and this came two-fold this week. First I woke up to see my favorite coin go through the roof (go Shiba) and later to be surprised by the doorbell, with a bigger surprise: my prize came in!! A great care package by the guys of @Fastbuds, thanks so much, and totally enjoying it! It really made my month. So to find my girls thriving this morning is the third gift in a week that keeps on giving. My soil recipe combined with this great light, the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro (thanks so much @MarsHydroLED) are the reasons all is getting better even with this runt girl, the sole survivor of a pack of 5 Expert Seeds Gorilla's, bought at Zamnezia. See my soil recipe on the germination page if you want to see how I do it or create it yourself. It is unreal how much it aids recovery in severely stressed plants. If you live in Europe, I have accidentally stumbled upon and elaborated on a European Master Mark and Subcool Super Soil recipe. The problem is that Ocean Forest soil is very hard to get by in Europe. Also, some of the amendments and tea mixtures are sold only in the US. After searching online, asking the guys that make Atami and other organic medium specialists I have made a recipe that comes close and definitely matches the super soil recipes we all have seen. So please use it to your advantage. Ask me anything if you have a hard time finding stuff you need and don't worry it works excellently without the permaculture tea as well! So see how she is going back to thriving, in a couple of days after replanting. Instead of stress, they are recovering. Another proof this soil is the European answer to Supersoil. 04.25 F29 So I just posted all of these this week, so Ill give a little more background for documentation’s sake and those curious. Started with 30 beans. Selected down to 19 in veg by vigor and further down to 15 after culling males. The passion berry, deadstar and star pupil are feminized - the rest are regs, so should have some pheno variability. I made a few different types of living soil at the beginning of this grow due to the a availability of different composts. All roughly 1:1:1 base(reclaimed living soil):aeration:compost with appropriate amount of amendments from a coots kit on buildasoil. Composts are my homemade bokashi based quasi-vermicompost, OLY Fish or NaturesLivingSoil concentrate. I use cal mag and Neptune's Harvest fish hydrolysates drenches and foliar in veg to balance deficiencies and top dressed before flower with Organic Maine lobster compost. Just applied my first homebrewed compost tea made with worm castings, OM lobster, NH hydrolysate, kelp meal, and black strap molasses and looking forward to a second half(+) of flower.
