I was forced to chop a small branch off of the Fire OG because of PM. Tropicana Cookies was lightly affected as well. I finally grabbed a larger 70 pint dehumidifier, I’m hoping that high humidity issues are now a thing of the past. On my next run, i will definitely run a longer veg with more LST training. I feel like my buds are pretty small in comparison to others I’ve been seeing at the same stage as mine. The trichomes are coming in nice and heavy tho!

Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. 9th Week Report 12/12/19 - 19/12/19 In photos CMXL is on the left and LSD on the right 12/12/19 Unfortunately humidity at 80% and since is too high from next week I will try to give them more aeration. Hope there won't be mold. Changed solution and raised its strength to 90% and unlikely the last change I didn't added a small quantity (0.5/L) of "grow" nutrient as both are in full flowering 13/12/19 CMXL got a bigger defoliation and now you can see even more bud sites! 😁 Just waiting for her ;) Looking to LSD I guess next week we probably will be ready to harvest. As you can see she almost has no more space, CMXL is giant (and beautiful) and she is starting to cover LSD, but hopefully LSD will be harvested soon and consequently CMXL will have all the space she needs. CMXL was defoliated every couple of days, the quantity of leaves that were removed during every defoliation session is more or less like in the photo uploaded. However it looks like CMXL is not anymore stretching and just fattening up, so from the next week will get light defoliation just when needed (if she will cover everything again like last week probably will get one more last stronger defoliation). 10.05.21 Anfang der 7. Woche alles läuft ganz gut hab heute wieder gegossen für jede Lady 4,5 l wasser mit Zusätzen bis auf lady #2 die hat nur green sensation bekommen da sie den anderen voraus rennt mal schauen was diese Woche so bringt...... 11.05.21.................................................. 12.05.21 hab es gestern leider nicht geschafft den Bericht zu aktualisieren hab aber auch gestern nix an den Pflänzchen gemacht hab heute mal ein paar buds fotografiert und das erste mal geprüft wie fest die buds sind also gelato 41#2 ist wie ein Felsen die anderen 3 Ladys sind eher fleischig aber dennoch fest (fast wie ein Hüft steak Medium rare) sieht auf jeden fall viel Versprechend aus und der Duft an den fingern nach dem prüfen, ein hauch von zitrone trifft auf leichte Minze mit cremiger Dunst note schon ziemlich geil muss ich sagen freue mich schon drauf wie ein kleiner junge auf sein Eis...... 13.05.21.................................................. 14.05.21 hab mich dazu entschieden nur noch alle 2 Tage was zu posten ab jetzt passiert nicht mehr viel sie wird nach und nach fetter und die trichome sind zum größten Teil milchig werde Sonntag die Spülung beginnen das währe dann Tag 57 nach flip und somit tag 49 der blüte, demnach sollte ich an Tag 63 fertig sein plus 1 bis 2 Tage dann hat sie 9 Wochen blüte hinter sich und 10 Wochen 12/12 der breeder selbst gibt an 7 bis 9 Wochen flower sollte also hin hauen die Angabe bin gespannt wie sie am Ende aus sieht. Werde Sonntag mal versuchen die trichome zu fotografieren aber mein kleines Taschen mikroskop zu fotografieren während ich es an die Blüten halte is etwas kompliziert für mich hab einen ruhe tremor fehler sprich ich zitter sobald ich etwas mache was mit fein Arbeit zu tuen hat, nicht stark,aber ein Bild machen is da schon schwer, werde es Sonntag versuchen an meine Kamera vom Handy zu kleben mit Maler crepp und dann mal schauen ob es einiger maßen klappt..... 15.05.21................................................. 16.05.21 so liebe growmies und canna begeisterte heute war der Tag der Spülung hab jeder Pflanze 22,5 Liter Wasser verpasst so das eigendlich fast alles an Dünger und Zusätzen raus sein sollte die Suppe die am Ende unten raus kam war fast komplett klar wie wasser sein sollte. bitte schimpft jetzt nicht mit mir das ich so hart flushe, ich hab mir gefühlt 1000 blogs durch gelesen von Zamnesia bis royal queen über Humboldt usw. Zum Thema flush und da gibt es ja echt viele Möglichkeiten wie man das ganze angeht der eine giesst normal weiter halt nur mit Wasser der nächste spült mit doppelter Menge von gewohntem giessen und wiederum andere stellen die Pflanzen in die Dusche und spülen da eine ganze Badewannen durch die Erde. War mir da einfach nicht mehr sicher wie ich das am besten an gehe und bin halt am ende auf die idee gekommen wenn das wasser gut klar ist Dann Sollte doch gut gespült sein hoffe ich zumindest in ca 14 tagen hack ich die Ladys Dann ab ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen wie ich mich auf den Tag freue wenn ich schneiden darf ist wie Geburtstag und Weihnachten auf einem Tag........

I've overwatered my plants the past 2 times, so I let them go through the whole drying cycle which took all week. I'm feeding them tomorrow morning. I put up my trellis and trained a couple branches and tops are already evening out. I also battled some fungus gnats this week.
