Der Grow: Die Sämlinge haben sich gut entwickelt und auch der Cover Crop hat angefangen zu wachsen. Das Blumat System hält die Erde bei etwa 100 mbar. Die LED wurde am Anfang der Woche so eingestellt, dass ca. 200 PPFD, bei den Pflanzen ankommen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit habe ich leicht gesenkt. Am letzten Tag der Woche, war es Zeit zum umtopfen. Wie immer habe ich mir die Pflanze mit dem schönsten wuchs rausgesucht und diese umgetopft. Die anderen beiden, bleiben noch ein paar Tage stehen, als Back Up, falls etwas schief geht. Die selektierte Pflanze hatte den Anzuchttopf schön durchwurzelt. Die Wurzeln habe ich vor dem einpflanzen noch einmal mit Mykorrhiza geimpft. Nachdem einpflanzen wurde leicht angegossen und das Scrog Netz entfernt. Die LED habe ich so eingestellt das ca. 350 PPFD bei der Pflanze ankommen. I flipped them to flower this week, finally. They are way behind schedule because I didn't have enough space to keep them on their own 12/12 light schedule so they had to stay on 18/6 along with the other plants in the same grow space. They've gotten much bigger than I wanted them to due to that. But I'm hoping if I do the female forced pollen process correctly that'll hopefully mean more seeds to share 😁. I've been spraying the chosen males with colloidal silver for 3 days now. I take them outside to spray them & then let them fully dry before bringing them back in with the girls. Just a safety measure incase I mess up the forced female pollen process I'll still have good & untainted flower to use from the girls.

Week 9 All plants are growing vigorously in a healthy way. Side branches are stretching, structure is enlarging since topping. Approximately same size; the bigger are Flash Back #2 & Brake Pad Breath. Daylight 15h40 - 6h20/22h Found some aphids on the Royal Moby: I sprayed Black Soap on every plants and cleaned the infested plant leaf by leaf. I placed sticky traps in each pot: yellow, blue and black for the different type of insects Major parts of the time plants are in the veranda; clean, sunny and ventilated room. It’s easier to control pests and diseases, but the risk is the contamination between plants in this type of closed space. I sprayed Neem oil too. 2 watering: -roots stimulator + enzyme -grow nutrients + Bio Heaven Added more soil in pot (1.5L/plants) : Worm Humus + bat guano + diatomaceous earth (natural mineral insecticide) + vermiculite Sprayed Fish Mix.

Day 43 veg. These two girls are finally starting to get their feet planted and growing. I have been a little worried that having to hold the. back as I did the room upgrade and waiting for their NFT set up. C Banana has grown a lot of new growth Thisbweek and been stretching upward . I have been softening their stems and bending in the same place to encourage a nice thick repair and knuckle. I am planning to quadline them out and maybe a few 6-lined . The monster has been going well too. she is quite bushy now so hopefully will be a many headed beasty. The room is all set for the move to their NFT know so hopefully be in tomorrow and flipped in about 2 weeks time all being well.

This strain was easy to grow right from seed. I think it will be one of my favourite strains this grow. Time to dry and cure. I will report the weight when dry. 💚✌️🏼

The week before the harvest. I usually harvest all leaves a week, sometimes 2 weeks before harvest. the buds look amazing! and perfectly completed!

Watermelon auto was doing great till today. I believe I got mite symptoms on a leaf. So I am giving her a neem oil treatment. Her leaves will likely be messed up next week from this. Total days above ground: 63 Total flower nights: 24 Just beyond 3 weeks into flower and the plants are showing their potential. Three Animal Mints are lookingn strong. AM3 may have a highe rleaf ratio around buds, but should be some nice colas even if a bit more work to trim than the others. This strain is probably the most consistent pheno-to-pheno of the three, but Kush Mints is quite consistent too. All of the MSNL plants are robust and strong. Second grow with excellent results from this breeder. I did not pay for these seeds, but I am not a shill, either. If one of them grew all whacky like the mountaintop mint, I'd voice the same complaints. The clearly care about such traits in their selection process. Overall the canopy has filled in nicely. I have a couple spots where light is wasted and I'll make some adjustments to the process to fix that for future grows. Now that I've settled on plant size and number of plants, improvements can be made each cycle until it's clockwork. I like the 12-cola vs 8 cola experiement. I've got a fairly long list of edits to make to various sections of my "bible," which means I liked the outcomes of most of my incremental adjustments. Continual, systematic improvement in action... One other incremental change on the docket but not yet realized will be dropping nutrient concnetration once vegetative growth ends. Exact timing will be based on what I see in the foliage. I see some minor tip curl and its a bit darker than I want. So, it may come sooner than later. This'll be something I tweak over the next few grow cycles until I'm happy with the late-flower health. I'll drop fertilizer concentration 10-15% on next refill and see how that plays out. It'll take a couple refills of reservoir to near 100% transition without draining it. If necessary, I'll drain and do a full refill for more pressing needs. A rez scrub before final stretch is coming, regardless. Side note: The impacts of VPD can be enormous. Last year (2025-2 diary) I had a humidifier wick get fouled and RH dropped while VPD spiked for more than a few days, thinking I could power through or that the canopy would soon provide more moisture. Nope, growth stalled in a significant way. By comparing day 34-42-49 of 2025-2 and day 38-42-49 of this diary, I can see a huge difference in growth at same point above ground. The consitency with which i do things makes it fairly certain it's the extende period with extremely high VPDs that caused the difference. Also, interesting that it mostly catches back up by completion of third week of flower. The size difference is nearly undone by this point, though 2025-2 took 4 days longer vege phase to get there. Even so, I still think this grow is more than 4 days ahead of 2025-2 (the difference in vegetative phae duration). Time will tell if the development is ahead of the pace in 2025-2 or whether it's simply mostly an offset due to a less efficient vege phase for 2025-2.

It’s the last week of flowering, and I’ve moved the plant into 48 hours of darkness to help boost trichome production before harvest. ✨ The plant has developed an incredibly deep purple color and is covered with trichomes—so much so that it sparkles under any light. The scent is amazing, filling the room with a sweet, candy-like fragrance with a touch of diesel. 🍬 When I trimmed a few leaves to prep for harvest, my scissors actually turned purple from the resin! That’s a first for me and shows just how rich and sticky the trichomes are on this plant. 😮✂️💜 I’m so excited to see how it looks and smells once it’s fully dried. This grow has been unforgettable! 😁🌿✨

So at the start of week 3 I began to LST CM#3 to just experiment basically and topped CM#2 I believe. Again, just to experiment. This is my first grow and I was stunned with the reactions to both! The new growth after topping was about 1/4” in about 12hrs.. Crazy to me and the lst is proving to expose these bud sites and encourage amazing growth QUICK!! I’ll continue to train daily. One of the videos show the topped CM just yesterday. In 4 days, it’s grown soo much! Also, a video mentions the gender reveal but since then, all 4 have officially revealed themselves as female at the 22 day mark.
