Update day 65: Exactly one week after switching to 12/12 and they have stretched by about 20cm. The stretch will probably continue for another week and then the real flowering will begin. Both are also developing identically in the stretch. The plants are slowly consuming more and more water and the metabolism will change. By the way, the fan was in the same place. You can therefore use it as a good reference. At the end of the stretch, I plan to remove the side branches that I didn't remove in the last few weeks of the veg. This will leave only the actual main branches from the mainlining. Update day 67: Nothing to say Update day 69: It's day 11 since 12/12h and the stretch has almost completely stopped. The #2 also shows the first pistils. That's why I decided to trim the plant today, as you can see in the pictures. I removed the side branches except for those at the top of a branch or if they have developed extremely well. I also removed a few leaves. I hope that this will allow the lower branches to catch up a little. Interestingly, #2 has developed even better with stronger shoots than #1. I'm not a fan of major defoliation so just a little. Maybe I'll remove more in the future.

End of week 7 Last 2-3 days crystals/sugar leaves started appearing slowly. i have added another 125 Watt CFL for extra supplemental light . Breeder says plant needs 65-70 days from seed. Thats like 20 days more for the buds to get as big as possible. cant wait for this week to check these buds stay tuned :)

I’ve got some curling going on. Have been trying to get temp humidity stable so I got a humidity controller and now run lights on timer 6 hrs off. Also my humidity gauge I used to set in the middle of the tent but I now put directly in the pot behind the plant and different readings. It’s one of those cheap humidity temp gauges that comes with led lights. Just need to get this curling thing down. 1 of the plants shows no curl so maybe it’s the fox farm soil is too hot. Or maybe that 1plant got better plant coverage, I’ve since adjusted the fan and may get another one.

Began with equal parts of GH at a very diluted concentration. This week, I increased the concentration to the manufacturer's recommended dosage for seedlings (1/4 tsp per gallon).

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and did a little adjusting to a couple of the tie downs. A few branches were starting to get really lengthy so wanted to keep them somewhat tied down so when the bud weight starts coming, it’s not too heavy. Other than that, she seemed to of liked the drink yesterday and is doing really well overall. Day 44 - Nothing much new today, just gave her a little once over, snapped a few new pictures and put her back into the tent. All seems to be going well. Day 46 - This girl is still going strong and she’s starting to smell a bit more each day. For the most part, LST is done with the exception of a few that may still be bendable here and there. Had to give her a little under a half gallon of water today and tucked her leaves. Day 48 - Still chugging along and budding up nicely. Not much happening with her, just giving her water when she needs it and tucking leaves but I have removed a couple that just stayed in the way. Should be ready for some water in another day or two. Day 49 - Ended week 7 today with a full on of water, she’s really starting to drink a lot. Not much else going on or done with her today besides removing a couple fan leaves and tucked the rest.

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Day 1 of week 6: 26th Sept Slow start to this week with an update as my phone is broken. Girls looking good but no pics to show.. Day 2 of week 6: 27th Sept Nutes in as usual! Girls looking good and I think the CalMag is working a treat! 🤞🏼 Day 3 of week 6: 28th Sept Just added some pics and a lil vid today to kick this week off after a slow start! Day 5 of week 6: 30th Sept Nutes in again today and some more defoliation due to yellow leaves not getting enough light.. I was a little worried I hadn’t sorted the CalMag deficiency out properly but the girls are looking much happier now I’ve got rid of those yellow leaves and LST’d them a bit more. 😍 Day 6 of week 6, 1st October: Girls looking much happier since yesterday’s removal of yellow leaves and more LST!!
