Week 5 – Balanced Bloom & Nutrient Adjustment (16 Oct – 23 Oct) Budshot Betty keeps pushing forward in mid-bloom. The canopy is full and even, and the buds are starting to bulk up nicely. I kept the light at 100W / 32cm, which gives her great intensity without any stress signs. At the start of the week she received plain water (2.7 L) to reset the medium a bit and let the roots breathe. After that, I returned to her regular feeding but slightly modified the mix because I noticed a few small rust spots on some leaves. Since I can’t check pH directly, I decided to lower the nutrient strength by about 25% from the manufacturer’s chart. Current feed (2.7 L water): • Iguana Juice Bloom – 3 ml/L • Ancient Earth OG Organics – 2 ml/L • Big Bud OG Organics – 1.5 ml/L • CalMag (BioBizz) – 1 ml/L She looks healthy and vibrant again — the rust hasn’t spread, and the leaves stay strong and green. The buds are swelling, pistils multiplying, and the smell is getting more intense every day. Overall, a calm and balanced week focused on stability and prevention rather than pushing too hard.

Hello Everyone, I didn't felt like updating last week, sorry for that. It was like 25 to 30 degrees celcius for the last time this summer. I enjoyed the beach, bars and restaurants. The plants had a good sunny week as well. Photos for this week are made at the end of week 5 of flowering. 3 of 6 plants are ready for harvest. Somehow it didn't suprised me, the plants stayed small and developed fast. I was thinking about a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks but those 3 only needed 5. Why? Well they didn't drink that fast anymore, pots stayed heavy for a long time, all the Pistils on the buds started to get brown and the thc was looking milky and the buds are full with it. Gues i will keep flowering the other 3 for 1 or 2 weeks. Lets see how it goes. I did run out of PK 13-14 last week and Green sensation at the end of this week, So a kind of good timing. I will just increase the base nutrients a little bit to compensate it. I know many growers just growing with base nutes and get good harvests as well lol. As long as the 3 remaining plants like to drink their feedings fast and the Pistils stay white, I will keep giving them nutes for another 1-2 weeks. When they start to struggle I will start flushing. Beautiful genetic, she is 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this run and she has the same height as the rest of the ladies, beautiful stretch, the flowers are coming very nice and strong and I cannot wait to see what type of flowrs awaits me as I have never grown this genetic before however I'm starting to feel some sweet smell I don't know how she's gonna smell yet but I'm so excited, let's see how this lady perfoms! I'm hesitant to mix stronger nutrients due to nutrient burn I started to see earlier this week. At the same time, need to figure out the cause of the nutrient deficiencies. I'm currently using the Light Feeding Schedule from Mills Nutrients (says "light", but is still 2.06 EC including 0.54 EC for water + CalMag) Need to switch to flower soon but need to figure out deficiency issues before the switch. Once again I was away the whole week. They are definitely starting to flower. My post next week they will be full flower. Got lucky all 4 are females. I have to say, overall out of all 5 purple Lemonade seeds I’m not very happy with the results so far considering they was a little more pricey & the fact that I know how good these plants can turn out! Not sure if I just got some bad genetics or what’s up but pretty bummed about this run so far😅😅 hopefully things will start to look up! Day one of flower for the London Pound Cake and Purple Shah. I moved the Blueberry Muffin into another veg tent for a week or two. They’re early finishers so when I move them back everything should harvest around a similar timeline. Fed them all with an Organic Alf Alfa seed sprout fermentation. The triacantanol in the Alf Alfa makes these things go crazy if you don’t overdo it. Add some coconut water and aloe and youve got yourself organic plant steroids. The growth rate will cause you to have an increased need for ca mg and nutrients which in organics may not be readily available. Top dress or feed ahead of the curve.

Been a rainy week here and things are starting to heat up. Humidity and temperature a little higher than ideal. Not really noticing too much smell yet but my house always smells like weed so who knows. There is a very pungent lemon sme when touching the leaves so we’ll see what she does!

Start of week 15. A little defoliation and LST training on a few branches. The grow medium has not dried out enough since last week's repotting, so no feeding at this time. Update 6/15, moved to flowering room and 12/12 light.
