Everything is starting to fill out. 2 are really starting to get nice colas. 2 are beginning to fill in nicely and the little midget has finally started to form buds. Probably end up moving her outside to finish up, being she's lagging behind. She's starting to show potential and may end up being a little bud bush...lol. They are all definitely going to have spaced out finish dates.

Solid week of growth, looking and smelling amazing.

Day 43 - Had a full water change and now running RO ( Reverse Osmosis) Water. Not topped up any nutrients yet just straight RO water as I've defoliated the girls and took off a lot of the excess foliage and sites i thought won't be getting much light. The reason for not adding nutrients straight away was because they have already had a bit of stress due to defoliation and them trying to uptake nutrients at certain temperature ranges and pH will add to it. So just RO water pH'd to about 5.7/5.8. After 12-24 hours have passed I'll add nutrients again. Smells very strong in here now and getting paranoid lol. They grow by the day and get frostier each time i open the tent. Until the next time people. Day 45 - close up bud shot of one of the girls lowers and a few colas. Girls seem to be happy with the RO water which makes me feel as though i should of been running it earlier for sure. EC has dropped, so i know the girls are feeding uptaking nutrients. Ok, so I forgot to update this last week. woops, I will try and remember all the details but im sure to be forgetting something. I decided to strip the plants a bit as I felt their bottom half under the canopy was a bit to thick and under performing It has a bunch of shity stems and buds trying to develop and they where looking sad and spindly, not enough light, If i had under canopy lighting sure that's fine I'd leave em and they would thicken up, but I don't; so they had to go. I selected defoliation as a techniques used but I did not touch anything in the canopy. only below it, it was all not performing well and would have just increased the risk of bad airflow and maybe rot come late flower. I also have been noticing more issues with the one plant then the others and my hydro shop guys said it need more feed, I don't know how much I agree with them about that, they do not grow with amendments but it was time for the topdressing anyways. I mixed up the stuff and worked it into the top soil of the plants outside on the deck, when watering it in I also mixed it with my hands, I found this helps hydrate the Gaia Green powders and prevented them from forming dry pucks in the top layer. I think I need to always do this morning forward with all top dressings as just mixing it into the dry soil then watering is causing to much resistance and the top layer then gets a little bit crusty and hydrophobic, but mixing in while watering at the same time has prevented that from what I can tell. I also gave them a bit of a liquid soluble calcium as the PH was creeping back up again and didn't want that to be locked out. It helped to green up some of the plants again still the one is a bit to yellow for my liking. The top dress consisted of AP 4-4-4, PB 2-8-4 and some IF 3-2-4 Mixed it all up with something else can't remember, probably fulvic acids and magnesium. I also did a bit of a calibration on my tools as well as I felt they might be off a bit. The EC was not to bad, off by 41ppm or 0.082EC vs the base solution, my unit is a 500 scale pen eg. 500ppm=1.0EC PH was a bit more off by PH 0.18 from the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I did not do a before for the PH 7.01 calibration solution as I started at 4.01 but its still close enough in the end at PH 7.03. The storage solution is almost always the same as the PH 4.01 calibration solution. In their manual it says if you don't have any storage solution just use the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I feel they maybe the same thing but one has red dye and some stabilizers in it. Who knows. O and when working on my deck garden I was upcycleing the old cannabis growing mediums into the planters from the strawberry tent grow off, the one shaft from an older plant was purple inside when I broke it. It sat outside all winter so who knows what it was, I'm guessing its just anthocyanins or something similar. Harvest day 64 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 11-14 days at a temperature of 18 degrees and 55-60% humidity. After 11-14 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 58. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). Let's get to the plant 💚. The smell is great I'm curious about the taste 💚 It is very fruity and has a touch of Tangie 😍 The taste remains on the palate even after a few minutes 👍 The look is very nice even if it looks very loose and not as nice and firm as other buds it is still a 10 out of 10 because of the taste 😀 Their growth behavior was perfect from start to finish 👌 I hope you liked the diary and wish you all a nice week. Day 65. Heavy training in progress ... All done, hopefully not many natural protectors lost, took about 30 liters bag full off leaves and shoots, could do like 100 clones easy ;))) All girls lolitoped, cleared, defoliated, rewired, some had supercroping. Skunks were happy when last Cheese was done, so i think/hope - all will go smooth. This time i really cleared them a lot, maybe the most in my career ... Cheeses performed thicker and more stacked branches . Fun is starting !!! Day 66. Got my last puzzle of protection against thrips. I think i beat them already, yesterday haven't noticed any thrips on leaves, but i am old and blind ;))) They where ordered a week ago, so just in case ... Girls look just fabulous !!! I think it will be very nice harvest by bag appeal, hopefully weight will make me smile too ;)))) I still think to strip them hard at the end of week 5 or week 6 if they will delay in progress .... At the moment they are just perfect ! Day 69. Here comes my moan ;)) Stretch was not so big as i expected, looks like 80 is more real target than 100. They look very nice and healthy and i beaten thrips , but this time i cleared too much i feel ;))))) Future will show ... Happy Growing !!!
