First week of flower

Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. so I'll start by saying that I'm a "fool" :D it's not an automatic flower, it was clearly written on the package :D it just so happened that I planted two different ladies on the same day, and somehow it came together in my head that she was an auto :D but it turns out that she is a real female plant :) wedding cake fem :) well, nothing like that on day 46, I switched the light cycle to 12/12, and it's not a big problem that she is a photo, the only problem is that there are two of them growing in the tent and one of them is already a blooming auto flower, so she will also now only get 12 hours of light instead of 18 :) As my teacher @AsNoriu would say: smoke less than you plan :) :) :) overall, the girl is growing really well :) good luck to everyone :).

Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

Day 43- i have beautiful girl with many crystal young buds... I see changes every day and it's amazing!) She is short but very fat) It will be very good staff as for me. Nutrients are working very good☝️👍So I am very expecting harvest day) Peace you ✌️ my brothers and sisters!)

Wow she's looking beautiful this week!!!!!!! Trichomes mostly milky/clear. I'm thinking one more week, the last AutoGlueBerry I grew I started harvest on week 13.

This week all 3 Pheno continue to stretch, which likely will continue through end next week (week 4 flower). Fed girls Recharge prior to defoliation at the end of week. Day and night tent temperatures were constantly between 78F and 65F degrees. Relative humidity a consistent 55%. Using an online calculator found VPD range from day 1.48 (kPa) to 0.95 (kPa) at night. About as closed to optimum as one can get given existing equipment/tools and recent substantial rain in the SoCal region. Due for watering tomorrow, so prior to, I will top dress with worm castings, compost, and Langbeinite 0-0-22. I believe this should carry the 3 through to harvest. Breeder flower time listed is between 56 and 70 days. We are at day 20 flower as of today.

Start of week 4 of flower! Off to a troubling start, as the light switched on over 1 hour ealiere than scheduled. I took a spare timer, and set it up to continue it's 12/12 schedule, but now moved one hour back. I cross my fingers they forgive me for this error.🙏 👽👉31/10 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉 1/11 Been having a battle with humidity after watering, but upped my air circulation to help. 👽👉 2/11 Waterday* Upped my nutes on BioHeaven, BioGrow and BioBloom. 👽👉 3/11 They seem to be responding good to the upped nutrients. 👽👉 4/11 Humidity under control. 👽👉 5/11 The VPD on point, has really speed up the trichome production. 👽👉 6/11 Waterday* Stayed on the same schedule, as last watering. They seem very satisfied and no signs of mistreatment.

Hey now, so this week went very well, I topped one of them for the last time on day 22,, and I wanted to top again but I started seeing some white pistils so I decided not to. I am now feeding 3 times per day with a total EC of 1.4 I am giving .4 to Cal Mag and 1.0 to Maxi Gro. I am also utilizing LST to try and keep an even canopy. I felt like my last grow produced far too many fluffy buds, so I am trying to focus on fewer bud sites, and denser colas. I am also testing the runoff and I am getting readings of 1.5 to 1.6 so I am good with that. Thanks for checking out my diary, be safe and blaze on!

I did some trimming this week. The plant grows well and healthy. I didn‘t use any nutrients because of the slight burn last week. Next week I am going to transplant the plants in their final pot and prepare them for flower at week 6. 🌴🍪

Well the pas week has been a lot! We had some dehydration issues, did some defolitation, and additional LST to prep for flower. Starting today, this plant has been kicked into the flower tent and will be starting its journey! Before we went to flower, I gave this guy 1tbsp of Dr. Earth tomato blend. This is my first time growing a kush strain. The growth is explosive. Short and stocky build on this pheno type. I hoping for a great harvest with a tasteful nightcap kind of smoke.

9.07.25. Day 52. Major problem over last week with humidity as my humidity controller went out and I was not keeping an eye on humidity level. I took the controller out and now constantly sucking fresh air into tent with about 50-55 relative humidity. She lost a lot of vegetation. Also high temperatures 🔥 of 35°C or 95°F and is set to continue for next couple of weeks .Hopefully she recovers well. I'm thinking to move grow from loft to bedrooms where it is cooler.

12th week. I removed some unwanted yellow leaves. I really like this plant, nothing changed, watering happens the same way and same amount of water. I am so excited. Really nice flowers on it and stinky like citrus smell and sweet very well coated with THC. Beautiful plant and really short.😅 I just checked the trichomes and they are still immatured, not even milky. Very strong smell and big buds. Beautifully coated with THC everywhere. I love this plant. Fan leaves started getting yellow as well. I think it is 4 weeks more approximately to be finished. I removed some fan leaves the biggest ones as it started turning yellow because the plants takes the energy out of it. Better airflow and more light to the flowers, and good tea for me from the leaves 🥂🤪😇 I also set the lamp distance to be 20 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.
