Next time, I won't use it. 19.5.25. Northern lights had got quite bushy, and there were a lot of extra leaves covering up some prime budsites. So I went ahead and Defoliated some of the larger fan leaves that were covering and blocking out other buds. The plants are growing very fast. The buds are getting very nicely structured. Northern Lights is drinking about 3 l per day, and I will continue to use the Greenleaf nutrients sea kelp and Ecothrive Biosys, along with the Ecothrive trace For the calcium, magnesium and trace elements. She has indeed stopped stretching now and is focusing on the bud formations. It's a very lovely smell, too! 😋 I use these all the way through. ☆ Xpert Nutrients PH down, up to 1ml. ☆ Ecothrive Neutralise 1 drop per litre from the 1ml pipette, which is attached. This is my dechlorinator. 21.5.25: I defoliated today again. This time, I took a little more off than I did yesterday as things had become congested, and the buds in the centre weren't getting any light. I got covered in sticky...ness?! I forgot to wear gloves, but for some reason, my non dominant hand got covered in resin and the other, not at all. Anyway, I hope I've managed to include the before defoliation and after videos/photos. I think it's much better after, there's so many buds I couldn't even see in the centre! I probably should have done it sooner, but I was trying hard to take as little as possible this run. Anyway, this is the prime bud building period. So, taking the leaves covering all the centre colas will not only provide equal light penetration but also get rid of some of the nutrients stored in the leaves. So, any nutrients available in the remaining leaves can deplete to a happy medium. That being said, we're coming close to the end of mid flowering. The plants are still drinking at least 2 litres per day. They are increasingly thirsty, and it's important that I don't let them dry out. The soil is mostly coco and perlite, so it can dry out quicker. There are plenty of worm castings, too, so that definitely helps. Gorilla Glue #4 auto is a big plant,She has a lot of side stalks and is a bit bushy. She has even as well as uneven internodes. All filled in very nice and a was suprised how big of buds there where forming near the end. A little bit of LST did help to get the cannopy more even. EC levels never raised EC 1.4 and i had never a problem with feeding her. She matured very fast and i was amazed by her speed. I harvest this plant at day 73. This plant had a wonderfull smell of pine with lime and huge cola, buds are a bit hazy covered with some nice crystals. Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Starting this week of with some (in my eyes) beautiful nighttime - shots! Also, i finally found out why Whitebalance is important on my Camera. Whoopsie! Plants got watered on Day 45 with 2,5L each, ramping up BioBloom to 3ml/L as well. If the plants dont tell me they need more, im probably only gonna ramp up topmax from here on out. With the watering, i did some more "aggressive" defoliation, focusing on the inside but also removed some larger fanleaves everywhere. PH in stays 6,5 and out Stays at 6,1 for plant B and 6,2 for Plant A. Sounds good to me! They also started to smell. They did so before, but mainly when i stuck my nose into the tent, and in the bygone weeks, it was, for my untrained nose, more of the typical "weed growing" smell we all know and love. But now - oh boy, now shes showing her olfactorial potential, and i swear to god i can make out banana (more like the peel not the fruit, but banana is banana), but my SO tells me im probably having a stroke. ill die on that hill though - i can smell banana. Theyre done stretching since a bit now, but in the timelapse (which ill add at the end of the week) you can see the flowers starting to swell up and see a difference daily. I said it a lot already, but i will say it again, they grow FAST, they grow beautifully and now they also get budmass going. I dont think they'll be ready to harvest in Week 8 (yet), just because i topped and couldve given more light, but if anyone tells me they harvested their BPP in 8 weeks, im inclined to believe them. My impatient a** is still in awe just how hard they are stepping on the gas. I measured their size for once, Plant A is 62 cm from soil to top, Plant B is 56 cm from soil to top. Plant B is also sitting on a weight as a slight elevation boost since this week. Bit late, but added the timelapse for week 7 for you to enjoy!

I watered with dechlorinated ph adjusted water when the soil was dry and decided to harvest on day 80. I harvested on day 80 and now the plants are hanging upside down in my tent. My inline fan is running on 25% and I got a fan running on the lowest setting on the bottom of the tent, so I doesnt blow on the buds directly.

She is showing her flowery self. Still very symetrical and very bushy. I am doing a light defoilation every few days to get the buds sites exposed. She really has potential to yield great flower.

This one grew extremely weird. For two months it didn't flower and for almost 4 weeks after veg it stopped growing. Then after two months the main cola started flowering and stopped, then all the other lower branches outgrew it. Now 90% of the branches have outgrown the main cola. No topping or training done until just recently so it did everything on its own lol weird. Super skunky and spicy. Way stronger smelling than the full grown plant right next to it lmao I'm excited to see it flower the rest of the way idk why it's taking so long its an autoflower. Halfway through the video I part the branches to show you the main cola now buried by everything else but still looking pretty good

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

14.09.21.Банане 2 недели, развитие сумасшедшее. Опрыскиваю по листу на ночь динамиксом.русские производители обещают эффект мегафола, а он мне понравился. Так как цена демократичная, я решил попробовать этого производителя. Также купил стимулятор для корней, аналог радифарм. Ок. Девчонке нравится. Лист выглядит здоровым, сочныма корневая мне не видна😁, но вершки хороши, значит и корешки в норме. Пересадили в 16 л airpot в 12 дней. Полет продолжается. Буду добавлять мысли в течение недели. Всем растафарай! 15.09.21 сегодня начались тренировки у девчонки. К lst я отношусь всегда творчески и с азартом. Каждое растение как и человек - уникально, тренировки интересны возможностью применять весь потенциал своей фантазии на 100%. За это растения благодарят нас большими урожаями и эстетической красотой. 17.09.21 Банана растёт и пухнет. Дал корневой стимулятор рутфарм. 2мл/л. Со вчерашнего дня у нас похолодание до +10 днем и +3 ночью, поэтому решено было включить днат 400, так как мой бокс расположен на балконе. Ещё немного подогнул ствол и убрал листья от боковых побегов. Полет продолжается, спасибо за ваше внимание, гровер!)) 19.09.21. Немного растянуд девчонку сегодня днем, растёт не плохо, но видно, что после пересадки переключилась на корни. Поливаю через день, полет продолжается! I would ideally have let these go for another week (if not 2 for the imperium) but my cuttings are in serious need of transplanting due to cold temps and becoming rootbound so will see how they fare on the next run given a full 10-12 weeks
