Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

2 weeks into flower guys. Looking real nice stayed really short considering they nearly had a 6 week veg , and the write up on them says they have an explosive stretch during the flip not seen they yet but I'm not complaining . Changed the nutrients from pre flower to full flowering feed as stated on the chart . Picked a few fans of all of them yesterday not to much just anything overlapping.

Steady growth this week :) Noticed a funky split branch that looks kinda like it topped itself, though that was pretty cool! Been trying to keep the lower part of the plant clean but since I have space I'm not being too brutal with chopping lower bud sites. The HPS gives good penetration and I'm keen to see if I can maximise the yields - not sure this craziness is the best way to achieve that but gosh darnit I'm gonna do my best

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. The old growth is yellowing fast on this one so it better be soon! Otherwise she will lollipop herself! Day 70 - fed nutrients and pH water 6.2. Looks like I will have to do a bit more topping, she's stretching for the sky! Day 66- no water no food, just letting her dry out a bit as I suspect root issues, she's stretching to the sky though so aside from the nitrogen deficiency we're looking good! Day 68- she had dried out nicely, gave her some fish mix and liquid seaweed, 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively, 2l feed. Have trimmed dead and dying growth. Just going to leave her to it for a week or two

I changed my tent this week, the lamp and the Mars Hydro extractor convinced me that it was good gear so I took the tent in + 😀 Pulling all the branches with ropes is way too much work... I think I'll just pull the 2 main branches down and add a scrog net next week ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Water: tap water (280ppm). So I am starting the tiny potter grow for the contest. Hopefully the seed germinates quickly, and grows well. I scuffed the seed as seen in the video. I then placed it in a cup of water. I will be putting the cup of water with seed in it on a Spider Farmer germination Mat with controller. To hold a steady 80°F. When she sprouts I will place her in the grow space. I never thought I'd say it but i think when it comes to my indoor C4 vs my outdoor C4 Indoor takes the prize, I mean that's only for now lets see what happens in the upcoming weeks. I'm sticking to my bat turd mix and all sun, I shift her around during the heavy showers, yea it rains out here. I don't feed no store bought nutrients all from nature same goes for my indoor ... if you look closely you'll see that I lst her it's only because of her mutation.

Welcome to final week for this very fun grow 😊 We are 4 weeks later and I'm happy to say the buds have improved very well. They all look fantastic and very frosty. I did a 10 day dry in a growing tent with a fan on and a much needed carbon filter 😂 The buds went in the curing jar a bit moisty but very close to perfect. I opened the jars 3 or 4 times daily the first week and it was okay. After that some moisture fighters and I cut the last sugarleaves to perfection. After 3 weeks they are cured fantastic. I have around 80 grams from 2 plants but one gave 75g and the other 5g 😂 Jack 1 was a very small plant and her sister Jack 2 is the biggest girl I ever grew with 1m 10. The taste is spicy and herbal and the smoke is very smooth. Leaves a nice aftertaste on the tongue. A spicy hint, bit woody and skunky too Effects are great. More focus and motivation an very uplifting. Puts a big smile on your face... but if I smoke a big one or 2 I'm also very relaxed and pretty hungry. This strain is made for chilling out, gaming, watch movies/Shows whitout a too hard couchlock. I never was about to fall asleep or too stoned. Think its also perfect for when u smoke on a festival. I'm happy with the outcome. It's my best grow so far and for my first autoflowers I'm convinced on this kind of plants. Will defenitly grow this one again . The Northern Lights suffered from budrot and was thrown away. Not gonna review it and give bad ratings. Was my fault and I already have a new free seed from RQS when I ordered something. This week we did some more garden maintenance with some light pruning. Added some "Grower's Edge" to the help keep flying pest under control, and we did a quick demonstration on super cropping. Only issue we ran into last week was forgetting to water the plants for a few days so they looked droopy, but with a few gallons of water everything was back on track in a few minutes.

These have come on leaps and bounds in the last week. I have struggled with temps been way to high, outside weather hasn't helped, so much so I have bought a bigger tent today to try and combat the issue and also transplanted into bigger pots.
