So, I start the harvest last week, but didn't get time to post here, first were the top bud, and this week I got the rest of the plant, it is a good strategy as the lower buds could develop a little more! Amazing growth! I am very happy with the wield, it was my 3 growth at all and my first LST! Great results! Thank you all for the support! Now I will stop for 3 months, going to Africa for a little bit! :-)

6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help. 6/10 56° at 9am. Shook the plants off. Medium wasn't soaked though. Luckily we had some wind. It's not raining now but it's going to have showers for half the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80's and sunshine so if that comes through things might workout alright. I still haven't had to water this year besides that one gallon on the tens. If I do something I'll update. I'm considering light stepping the two pink kush's in the 10's. I'll need to do more research. 6/11 BEAUTIFUL DAY! Windy too which helped dry the grow bags. Plants are growing at a rapid rate. I've yet to have to water. A few more days like this and I'll have too. It was in the 80's and is still 75 at 5:30. Bags still have heft to them and I can still feel moisture. They got tons of rain. I'll keep an eye on them. Thus far I'm pleasantly surprised (knock on wood). 6/12 Everything looked great this morning. It's a little overcast and 69° @ 8:45. I mixed water planning on watering but decided against it due to the weight I was feeling. My wife said it rained hard last night for a little while but the topsoil was dry. It did look disturbed though. Luke it got PELTED with rain. The medium looks dry but there is still some weight to the grow . I'll be back over later and I'll check things out. Overall plants have made a great transition even in this bi-polar weather extravaganza. EDIT: WENT BACK OVER AT NOON AND EVERYTHING WAS LOOKING WONDERFUL. ITS 80° AND SUNNY WITH A STRONG WIND. THAT'S WHY I FIGURED THE PLANTS WOULD NEED TO BE WATERED. APPARENTLY THOSE THUNDERSTOTMS WITH SHEET RAIN HAVE KEPT THEM WATERED. AS PREDICTED THE TWO 10GAL POTS AT THE FRONT OF THE CAGE WERE A LITTLE LIGHT AND THE TOPSOIL WAS REAL DRY. MY MK ULTRA IN THE 30GAL LOOKED LIKE IT COULD USE SOME WATER AS WELL AND I FINALLY GAVE SOME TO THE 10TH PLANET IN THE FRONT ROW. BOTH THOSE PLANTS WERE BIGGER THAN THE REST AT TRANSPLANT AND IN A SLIGHTLY LARGER CONTAINER. THE FRONT ROW SEEMS TO DRY OUT FASTER FOR SOME REASON. I HAD 3 GALLONS MIXED UP TO START WATERING BUT AFTER CHECKING EVERYTHING ELSE I DECIDED TO GIVE THE FRONT ROW (THE ONLY ONES THAT WERE LIGHTER) A LITTLE WATER. I USED TWO GALLONS FOCUSING ON THE KUSH'S IN THE 2 10'S. THIS WAS MY WAY OF MEETING IT IN THE MIDDLE. IVE LOOKED AT PREVIOUS DIARIES AND I THINK I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. NO RAIN IN THE FORECAST FOR A WHILE. I NEED TO REMIND MYSELF THAT PLANTS THIS SIZE USE MUCH LESS WATER THAN WHEN THE BAG IS ALL ROOTS. 6/13 It's windy as hell! I would've thought that the bags would be dried out by now! I went around and it seemed like they still had weight. It was also cold last night and is 63° and sunny at 11am. It's not getting any hotter. I DID water the two plants in the back row as they seemed a LITTLE lighter than the others. I split a gallon between those two and didnt water the rest. I figured I'll let tje wind dry them out some more. I know what they feel like when they are totally dry. I don't want to get to that point but it's easier to fix than over watering. I'll update later today. EDIT: I FORGOT MY PHONE BUT I USED ANOTHER TO TAKE A VIDEO BYTCI CANT ADD IT. PLANTS STILL HAD SOME HEFT BUT WERE LIGHTER THAN EARLIER. Everything looks amazing 10th planet 2 in the second row is getting massive. I noticed something with the pink kush in the middle of the back.i originally FIMed it but I didn't think it took so I fimmed it again a little later on. Go8ng through the plants I found that there's a point that has like three tops on it but the thick stalk continues up and there are FOUR or FIVE more TOPS!!! I've never seen anything like this! I'm interested to see how this one turns out. Man I wanted to put some pictures up. Everything is doing so good. Maybe when I start a new week it will let me. She smells so heavy like red fruits and pine this is week 6 flower

Day 67 of flower. The Kushes are 7-8 week flowering and are looking more done than the White Widows, at 8-9 weeks. Kini looks most done with the most orange pistils and coudy/amber trichomes. Everyone else is showing more ripening, but still going. I was really hoping to harvest this week (since I am off work) but it looks like they may still need a bit of time. We will see...

Hey guys so another week has passed 😀I decided not to cut the girls this week just weren't amber enough for my liking . So will be next Fri at the earliest now as I have go away a few days . All looking really good and smell is really intense pineapples with slight citrus undernodes. Cannot wait to chop these girls now 😉til next week

Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 24th @ 3pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9in.) 3- (14.75in.) 4- (13in.) 5- (10.75in.) [April 26th @ 1:30pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9.5in.) 3- (18in.) 4- (14in.) 5- (11.5in.) [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

Week 5

What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. Scored some solution grade organic fertilizers and blasted my plants. I fed solution grade langbeinite (0-0-21.5) and loaded with sulfur and magnesium. I found some liquid bone meal (0-12-0) and loaded with calcium. Another new nute is solution grade azomite, aka the a-z of minerals... it is the ash from an ancient volcano mixed with an ancient ocean water in Utah. I’ll feed those new nutes once per week as they’re kinda hot. Otherwise everything is the same as previous weeks.

Planties are getting bushier :3 This week we focused on LST, providing as much light so smaller tops could reach the size of bigger ones. We raised the light cause NL started showing signs it didnt like being close to the light, but also saw some other issues, tips of canna leafs started to yellow, about a week and a half ago we fed them some nutrience, home made organic and also a mix. So now im not really sure from what caused the yellowing tips. Nutriante deficiancy? Nutrient burn? Light? Taking now a closer look, to see upcoming signs that would make this situation clearer. Apart from yellowing leafs, the smell(rrrlll goood) becomes more noticable, its nice coming to the tent, feels like youre high from growing nature :=) We topped speedy chille and took of yellowing leafs, she really liked it and is now growing 4 tops
