When you start first time lst, wait untill it 18-20cm , then bend only the tip horizontal and keep it like that so the other bud sides will grow into the light. Make sure to keep your stem vertical. From there you will see it grow automatically into shape.
Next time try to plant your autoflower directly in the soil, get a bigger pot, at least 11L
