You can feed up to 300 ppm to start for sprouts if your growing in coco. A little. If your going to feed cal/mg every watering I would go with low ppm for the cal/mg. Just don't go over 300 ppm in total for the first week, then increase 100 ppm every week if your seeing good growth. Cheers
