My first DWC

I don't really understand, it looks like you defoliated the fan leaves to me. Some plants can take defoliation and some don't. The best thing you can do is look up information about the strain your growing to see what the cultivars say works best. If you can't find any information then know your experimenting if it's your first time growing that strain. I use defoliation on almost all my plants, and get great results. I'm sorry it didn't work out well for you. If your plant isn't flowering yet it still has time to recover.
