The seedlings are coming along pretty good, I suppose. The crazy highs and lows of the temp lately outdoors has been a bit of a struggle to maintain the plants in, but they are coming along regardless.

Does the husk or material on plant 2 look like it is damage on the stem to you or is it just dried seed husk stuck there? I tried to be as careful as I could removing the seed shell that was still partially closed over the leaves that were fighting to open.

This is nothing to worry about at all! As the plant grows, the seed casing will fall away naturally. Looks like you've got a very nice, STRONG seedling there, just be patient and she'll make you happy!
