To answer your question on when to harvest: I would invest in a jeweller's loupe, so you can get a good close-up view of the trichomes. You're looking for full milky heads. The trichomes turn amber when they start to degrade but seeing a few amber is a good sign that she's about done. Hope this helps and best of luck
