White hazy summer grows

This is the 7th week, still no flowering, should I change light cycle to force/. Its been raining this week so it's been hot n humid. She is growing nice and strong, did a little stress training after transplanting from week 4 to 6 and new bud sites came out but i think i'll leave it like that for now. I've been feeding her the same quantities in nutes since week 6. Any suggestion is welcomed, this is my 1st grow.. This is a small 24x24x36 tent, I have 2 300w led lights (1 is on for 18hrs and the other one for 16hrs), 2 small fans, 1 circulating air and the other one sucking air out but im concerned about the heat because i cant keep it below 32c in the day 26-28c night.
