As I still consider myself a beginner grower, I don’t feel like I can give a proper review. There were heat and health issues throughout this grow so flavors and terps are definitely not as good as it could be. As a person who also smokes from the local dispensaries, have to honestly say that the quality is still not better but is good enough. With all this said, here goes. The flavors are definitely on the earthy-fuel side and there are no floral or fruit notes. As far as garlic, could not find any garlic or GMO terps, but this is most likely due to the way they were grown. The smoke is still smooth but not as flavorful as the dispos. With the exception of one pheno, growth morphology for all the plants were more on the stretchy side. These particular genetics had larger inter-nodal spacing than I’m used to and are definitely the tallest plants I’ve grown so far. Once I can actually grow healthy plants, I want to give these genetics another go. Until then, just going to keep on growing and learning.

All of BuildASoil products are top quality and have been essential for my organic grows. Also there free growing videos on YouTube are both educational and easy to follow. I highly recommend all of their products! Loyal To The Soil!
Even though this is a different company, I still consider this part of the BuildASoil product line. As with all BuildASoil products, these are top notch and easy to use. Both products are essential microbial inoculants that help to facilitate nutrient uptake during specific phases of growth. Great products and will continue to use with every grow!
Real Growers products are both simple and effective. Also shout out the DGC! The grow content provided on YouTube is both entertaining and educational. Recharge is microbial inoculant which basically is instant compost tea! A great addition to add more diversity to any organic grow! Grow Dots are a slow release fertilizer which is great for the initial seeds starts and early veg growth!
Have been using Great White since the beginning and have always had great results (Shout out to CLTV). I mainly use this for transplants and up-pottings and dust the roots and transplant hole before planting. Another great microbial product and if used sparingly, can last a long time.
Don't really use this much. Don't have anything bad to say.
Wow! This product works! As a first-time cloner, had 100% success. Did not expect this product to work so well! Had a bunch of extra clones to give away! Highly recommended.
Excellent powder Cal-Mag product which as now replaced my liquid one (Cali-Magic). The powder is a bit more grainy than most powdered products and has a weird 'kinetic sand' texture, but is a lot easier to mix in smaller batches than using a liquid concentrate. Since I use RO water, this is an essential product for my grows.
Reviews. Lamp
Great grow light! Over the years a few LEDs have started to dim and flicker and blink every once-in-a-while, but she still works and produces more than enough light for a 4x4 grow tent. Also have yet to use this at full strength. Compared to my veg light in the 3x3 tent (AC Infinity S33 IonBoard), the spectrum is more on the warmer side, but she's a solid light and plan to continue to use the FC-6500 for many more grow cycles!
Reviews. Tent
My first grow tent and she is still going strong! A solid tent that has plenty of space and vents for self-contained grow environment. Highly recommended!

Buds are just frosty with trichomes! Stoked to also see a bit of purple too! --- Anyways, --- Five more plants left. Let’s go! --- Repeated this process for the rest of the phenos. ------ [a few hours later..] - [+03:00]: Woo yea! Done! --- Made sure to mark each jar with the weight and date. --- Here are the final harvested dry weights for this Garlic Budder (from Humboldt Seeds Company) grow: ------ Pheno #1: --------- Trimmed weight: 15.1g (0.53oz) ------ Pheno #2: --------- Trimmed weight: 37.6g (1.32oz) ------ Pheno #4: --------- Trimmed weight: 73.8g (2.60oz) ------ GGC2024 (#1) pheno: --------- Trimmed weight: 2.2g (0.07oz) ------ Both the original #1 and #2 phenos: --------- Trimmed weight: 15.1g (0.53oz) --- This gives a total of 143.8g (5.07oz) in total! --- Also got some extra trim shake along with some dry sifted kief for later. Nice! --- As far as yield, this was not the largest, but still completely stoked! --- Just finished up with my last harvest (~155g) months ago. --- Since the next grow cycle is going be half the time (I hope), this should be more than enough to last until the next harvest. --- Wow what a day! --- Tomorrow begins the curing process, but will definitely start sampling a lot sooner! --- Another grow cycle complete! --- Plan to reset in a couple of days and will begin the new grow cycle in a week or so! --- Maximum warp Ensign, Engage! Day 03 - Wednesday - 09/11/24 - Total Days: 198 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 82.9°F [28.3°C] - Humidity: 65.6% - VPD: 1.29 kPa - Soil %: [32, 30, 37, 40] ----------------------------------- - [22:44]: Checked on the vegging 3x3 tent, --- Wow! Growth is just raging! --- Looking quite nice! Growth is perky and ramping up again! - [22:46]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 32% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] - Null --- 30% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] - Null --- 37% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 39% - [CH04 G01 - Original Garlic Budder #1] --- 30% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 27% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 28% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 39% - [CH08 G01 - Garlic Budder #2] - [23:12]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- Repeated this process again for #1 and the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- All three solo cups seem to need water as well. - [23:44]: Took the total weight of an original #1 pheno. --- She weighed 227.8g --- It’s been 9 days since her last watering. --- Time to water! --- While on a scale, --- Gently misted her straw mulch with distilled water. --- Tried to keep the top growth dry. --- Misted 5-10 sprays. Waited a few seconds, then misted again. - [+00:06]: Repeated this process until the cup weighed 347.5g --- There was no runoff. --- Marked the watering date on the side of the cup. --- Placed her back into the tent. - [+00:08]: Repeated this process for the original #1 and 2. --- Tried to keep the saturated weight around 325-330g - [+00:12]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 04 - Thursday - 09/12/24 - Total Days: 199 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 83.9°F [28.8°C] - Humidity: 64.0% - VPD: 1.42 kPa - Soil %: [24, 22, 36, 37] ----------------------------------- - [10:38]: Ooo yea! Time for another grow reset! --- First need to remove the carbon filter and exhaust fan (AC Infinity T6 CloudLine Pro). The exhaust fan will be reconfigured to pull the air out of the tent instead of pushing it out. --- Did not need to remove the light (Mars Hydro FC-6500), but had to both lower and tilt it to a more vertical angle. --- This makes accessing the exhaust fan and carbon filter a whole lot easier. - [12:59]: Removed both the carbon filter and exhaust fan. --- Did not remove the exhaust vent. --- Made sure to cover the vent with a sheet of carbon filter material. Used a metal clamp to secure it. --- Also did a bit of cable management and re-configured some support straps for the top bars. --- Cleaned the exhaust fan and re-connected the exhaust vent (this time from the outside of the tent). Made sure the exhaust arrow was pointing the right direction. --- Placed the exhaust fan on top of the tent. - [14:03]: Now have the exhaust fan pulling air out of the tent. --- Now both the 4x4 and 3x3 tent have similar exhaust configurations. Nice! --- Also removed and tossed the rubber trellis netting but left the support bars (never actually used the rubber netting as a scrog net). - [14:55]: Raised the light up. --- Looking good! --- Can still raise it higher if needed but once the new plants are in the tent, will probably need to lower the light anyways. --- Lot’s more to do today! Let’s go! - [14:56]: Now that the tent is re-configured, going to start on emptying both EarthBoxes into fabric pots. --- First removed all of the top straw mulch and placed it into a bucket. Plan to re-use the mulch later. --- Also removed the soil sensors and any plant stumps. --- Using my hands, I gently loosened and mixed the top soil before placing it into a bucket (this soil still had some straw). --- Once the top soil was removed, about half of the under soil was placed into the bottom of each Grassroots fabric pot. Then, poured and layered the top soil into each of the pots. Lastly, placed the rest of the soil from both EarthBoxes into the fabric pots. --- Aside from the dry top soil, the rest of the soil felt moist but not wet. More on the drier side, but still nice. --- Anyways, - [17:16]: Cleaned the tent’s floor. --- First vacuumed the floor. --- Then, using some BuildASoil Formula EM-5 (All Natural Garden Cleaning Concentrate) at about a 1:3 ratio (or 1 out of 4 parts) with distilled water, --- Cleaned both the walls and floor of the tent. --- Also vacuumed the lung room. - [17:22]: Placed the fabric pots into the tent. --- There are three 7-gallon and two 5-gallon pots. --- Nice! Both EarthBoxes managed to fill each fabric pot with a good 3-4 inches of extra space for more soil. This should give plenty of room for transplanting. --- For the ACI pot, just broke up the top soil and mixed it the best I could. --- Once the plants are transplanted, if there’s more room, will top off with some fresh BuildASoil 3.0 potting soil. - [20:18]: Evening check on the vegging 3x3 tent, --- Wow! Ooo yea! --- Growth is back and is already getting closer to the light again. --- Need to flip these ladies into flower soon! --- Anyways, --- Before checking the sensor data, removed the batteries from both EB1 and EB2 soil sensors. - [20:36]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 00% - [CH01 EB1 - Garlic Budder #1] - Null --- 00% - [CH02 EB2 - Garlic Budder #2] - Null --- 36% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 36% - [CH04 G01 - Original Garlic Budder #1] --- 35% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 30% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 35% - [CH08 G01 - Garlic Budder #2] - [20:51]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [21:14]: Repeated this process again for the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [21:17]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. Day 05 - Friday - 09/13/24 - Total Days: 200 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 82.0°F [27.8°C] - Humidity: 67.7% - VPD: 1.18 kPa - Soil %: [36, 31, 36, 36] ----------------------------------- - [22:22]: Night check on the vegging 3x3 tent, --- Woah! Wow! - [22:26]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 36% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 31% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 32% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 30% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 30% - [CH08 G01 - Garlic Budder #2] --- Gong to water in some microbes! - [22:42]: Filled a pitcher with 8 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/4tsp of Recharge --- Mixed the solution and set it aside. --- Filled a measuring cup with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/8tsp of Recharge --- Mixed the solution and poured it straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted #4’s straw mulch, --- Focused on wetting the straw as evenly as possible. - [23:06]: Repeated this process again for #1 and the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [23:11]: Filled a pump sprayer with 1 cup of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Recharge --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto the original #1’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [23:22]: Repeated this process again for the #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [23:24]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. --- Okay! --- Really want to wait another week before starting the next grow cycle, --- But these ladies are just raging with growth! --- This week will going to have to be the last log entry for this grow. --- Next week begins the new log and new grow cycle! Day 06 - Saturday - 09/14/24 - Total Days: 201 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 81.7°F [27.6°C] - Humidity: 68.3% - VPD: 1.15 kPa - Soil %: [35, 35, 35, 33] ----------------------------------- - [20:10]: Night check on the vegging 3x3 tent, --- Wow looking great my girls! --- Raging and looking perky! - [20:14]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 35% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 35% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 36% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 31% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 46% - [CH08 G01 - Garlic Budder #2] --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [20:22]: Filled a pump sprayer with 4 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] --- Gave the sprayer a good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [20:36]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. - [20:38]: Time for another board wipe! --- Wow what a journey! --- Looking back over the past 5 weeks, a lot got done! --- Finished flowering and harvested the entire 4x4 tent. --- Also dried and trimmed all the plants along with a full tent reset. --- Still more to do, but am already convinced that perpetual is the way to go for both yield and consistency. --- Aside for the extra equipment costs, the upkeep is about the same as a regular grow (although watering has definitely increased). --- Anyways, stoked for the next 5 weeks! If all goes well, should be about halfway through flower. --- Wow let’s go! Day 07 - Sunday - 09/15/24 - Total Days: 202 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages [~23:00] - Temps: 81.3°F [27.4°C] - Humidity: 68.6% - VPD: 1.12 kPa - Soil %: [35, 32, 35, 32] ----------------------------------- - [18:46]: Night check on the vegging 3x3 tent, --- Wow growth is starting to stretch and is bushing out! --- Plan to rotate these girls into the 4x4 next week so until then, --- Just going to let them grow wild! --- Oops! --- Swapped a battery out for one of the soil sensors. - [18:56]: Checked the Ecowitt soil moisture sensor data: --- 35% - [CH03 GFP - Garlic Budder #3] --- 32% - [CH04 G01 - Original Garlic Budder #1] --- 31% - [CH05 FPT - Garlic Budder #1] --- 29% - [CH06 FPT - Original Garlic Budder #2] --- 33% - [CH07 FPT - Garlic Budder #4] --- 41% - [CH08 G01 - Garlic Budder #2] --- The last grow cycle, been trying to slow down the veg growth, but now it’s time to start feeding these girls again! --- Going for a full feeding with a bit of coconut for added sugars. - [19:41]: Filled a measuring cup and pitcher with 12 cups of distilled water. ------ Added 1/16tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/8tsp + 1/16tsp of: --------- Horticultural Aloe --------- Big 6 Micronutrients [+ Humic Acid] ------ Added 1/4tsp + 1/8tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp + 1/4tsp of: --------- Pure Protein Dry [Organic Fish Aminos] --------- Horticultural Coconut --- Mixed the solution and poured 4 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Gave the sprayer another good shake before spraying the entire solution onto #4’s straw mulch. --- Focused mainly on the straw. - [20:28]: Repeated this process again for both #1 and the original #2 pheno. --- Focused mainly on the straw. --- Wow this was the most I’ve ever had to mix one time. Need to get another pitcher. --- Anyways, --- Solo cups looked great and did not need watering. - [20:31]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Refilled the humidifiers with distilled water as needed. --- Wow what a grow! --- This is the final entry for this log. --- Another log complete! --- Time to start another! @gottagrowsometime, Thanks growmie! Yea, sometimes I can get a bit too detailed, but this is all just for fun! Been using Ac Infinity's Thermoforge T3 heater for just over 2 weeks and have to say that it's the best! Highly recommend! The unit easily heats a 4x4ft grow tent along with my 10x10ft lung room. Keep in mind that it never snows where I live, but it can get pretty cold in the winter (Southern California - US). What's most impressive is that in combination with the Cloudforge T7, my overall weekly VPD averages have been a lot more stable! Also the day to night temp swings have been greatly reduced (less than 10 degrees/percent difference on the weekly temps/RH averages).
