Silver Surfer Haze

I'd put them on paper towel on Sunday, Monday they had tails and off to the cup, less than 2 days and they've already popped. Soil on the cup is a mix of my regular living soil with extra rice hulls and peat moss to weaken a bit, had charged it with a local organic algae mix and some microorganisms and had let it rest for 10 days before putting the seedlings in. They are under a 65w full spectrum LED, photone reading ~185ppfd, temps around 23 to 26°C, humidity had been wild because of non stop rains and ocean proximity, 80-95%, it should drop for the next days
