Well I can suggest one improvement on your next grow...try keeping the seedling in a grow plug for 10 days, then transfering to a solo cup (holes in the bottom) for another week or so, then into big ass pot like you have. This gives the roots time to develop and is much easier to water properly. Once you transfer solo cup with root system into big girl pot, she will take off! Good luck on your grow!
