Jack 47®️ is a photodependent strain and the growth is a bit different from autoflowering. Autos have a faster growth because they will be in vegetative stage only for 3 or 4 weeks and then, they will be flowering until harvest. It could be the reason for the small size. But don't worry about this, you can give her a long vegetative time. We recommend you 1 month until the change to 12/12.
For Autos, we recommend to use a light regime of 18H all the time because they produce more dense flowers, but in your case (you have autos and photos in the same room) you can't do it because you need to change the lights to 12/12 to induce the flowering to the Jack 47 in a month.
Next time, you could try to make a grow only with autos or photos ;)
