First Grow Ever - Amnesia Haze Auto - Full Organic

So far, nothing remarkable has happened. Plant 1 is growing adequately, but Plant 2 is significantly underdeveloped. I've noticed it's taking much longer for its growth process. I'm considering cutting down this plant and starting anew. I've already put another seed to germinate, and if it shows better development, I'll replace Plant 2 with it. My soil should provide enough nutrients until the flowering stage, so I'll only be using water for quite some time. I'm not concerned about the pH level since I'm using organic soil, but I checked my water just to ensure there were no major discrepancies. The pH was 6.5, so everything should be fine. I'm somewhat worried about Plant 2, but I believe it will turn out okay, with the possibility of replacing it.
