First Grow Ever - Amnesia Haze Auto - Full Organic

Plant 1 - It has been growing steadily since last week, and I've noticed daily growth. It looks healthy to me. Plant 2 - It seems to have stucked, and I'm not sure why, as I've been using the exact same setup and ingredients. I believe there may be an issue with this seed, as it showed signs of underdevelopment since germination. Today she is looking specially sad, not sure if she will make it. Possible Substitute for Plant 2 - I have a third plant growing in a plastic cup. It has shown good development; it's been 4 days since planting and 3 days since emerging from the substrate. It's very promising, and I think I'll replace plant 2 with this one. I've only been using dechlorinated water with them, and the soil should have enough nutrients until flowering. I may soon start using compost teas to enhance microbial life.
