Week one of growing with bag seed. No idea what strain it is. Have four plants in total. The one is a couple of days older than the others. My plan is to grow under the good old African sunlight. I'll also be making use of really cheap/hack methods of lighting especially for the veg stage. The plants currently stay outside for around 13 hours and then I move them under a 20w cfl bulb for another 5 hours. I'm looking at trying a lot of different things. This is my first grow so I'm keen to experiment. Im using Freedom Farms Classic Soil with ph'd tap water at 5.5 as recomened by Freedom Farms I did get a lot of stretch on a couple of the seedlings. Either, because I left them in a window sill or because of the weak light I left them under as a supplement

Yeah, the stretching is almost always related to them trying to reach light, unless you mess with growth regulators or something. That's why some of my plants grew so tall, and my new seedlings are very tall already (lots of cloud cover and some rain in the past 2 weeks). Experimenting is fine, just be kind to the plants. Unnecessary stress isn't something I'd advocate. Best of luck, bag seed genetics are often rather impressive. You can check my diary (first grow) for some results here in SA. Edit: I only noticed now that was 4 weeks ago. Hopefully things went well since then.
