leithsffs 4 days to pop and they came out with a bang. I didn't even see them ready to pop up like I normally do.

leithsffs The bonus plant was pulled out of another pot. I had 2 seeds per pot to make sure something would grow. So, since both looked good, I reached down and grabbed a handful of soil with the plant and repotted it into a pot I had ready with some some that was ready. I'll keep it posted if anyone is interested.
The soil for the two that will be the main focus is done in nesting pot style. A solo cups worth of half happy frog and half seedling mix to start. Happy Frog for about a gallon from there. The rest is Ocean Forest for when the roots reach out to there.

leithsffs I put them in the greenhouse this week. Now, I really have to watch for pests.
The one I transplanted is growing like a column. The short side branches are going to be interesting.
Yes, that is a Gorilla Candy if anyone is watching. It won't be in a separate diary as it's a bit of an experiment. I put it in my hot soil mix I use for my tomatoes. I know if I mix it 50/50 with a loose soil it works pretty good. This time it's 100%. So far, no burning or deficiency anywhere.

leithsffs The third plant that was transplanted and seemed to be stunted caught up to the growth of the other two. The only difference is that it's not as wide. All are at 18 inches as of today. However, the runt that is up front in the picture of three flipped to flower this week. It won't be added to the grand total because I screwed that one up. But, I will post on here the dry bud weight as it will probably be finished before the other two.
The Gorilla Candy is supposed to be a 60 day plant and still hasn't flipped. So, I'm hoping for more growth and a better yield.
They are all outside in my greenhouse and are loving it. Major growth from all four!

leithsffs Just a little LST by coming out twice a day to pull the stems outward a little bit.
The earlier LST of pulling the lower branches into a star pattern with landscape staples worked great to even out the lower structure.
The little runt will be finished sooner than the other two. This is most likely due to the smaller pot size.
The Gorilla Candy is looking like it's in preflower finally. I was starting to get worried that the photoperiod genes may have dominated this one. It will be over the listed weeks by a bit.

leithsffs Besides the runt, all three of the bigger plants are at least 36 inches tall today. The runt stopped stretching and finished at 24 inches. Not bad for an auto that I scooped out of the pot and dropped into another that was full of hot and heavy soil meant for my vegetable garden. I figured, if it wasn't meant to be kept, what harm will it do now?
The bigger of the girls is about 45 inches wide at the base. I had to do some LST support because the growth was so fast the limbs were thin. And, I figured they would need it when the buds starting getting full.
I have also found that just a little less food more often is better with autos. This way they get the constant nutrition they need. No more wondering if they need it. I do the same with my tomatoes. Throw out the feeding schedule and give a little bit on a regular basis when growing in soil and organic. They'll eat what they want.
It'll be at least 98°F today. I watered early, and heavy this morning. And, will check the girls this evening to see how they did.
